Coen Richards: DL || 6’1 || Ridgeline HS ||
Richards is an athletic prospect that plays with bend and burst to play along the LOS. Against the run, he shows initial quickness to read and react to get to the ball carrier at the LOS. As a pass rusher, he shows burst to get upfield and UOH to make quick contact. A sure tackler that can stop ball carriers at the LOS. Look for Richards to have a productive junior season as a returning starter for the Riverhawks.
Niko Taeoali’i Niko Taeoali’i 6'2" | 175 lbs | LB Hunter | 2026 State UT : EDGE,LB || 6’2 || Hunter HS ||
Taeoali’i is an athletic prospect with bend ability to play along the LOS. Against the run, he plays with initial quickness to read and react to stop ball carriers at the LOS. As a pass rusher, he shows burst to get upfield and push the pocket as a power rusher. A sure tackler to find ball carriers at the LOS and the open field. Taeoali’i has been having a productive off season to contribute for the Wolverines next season.
Tavin Hopoate Tavin Hopoate 6'1" | 230 lbs | OL Juab | 2026 State UT : OL || 6’1 || Juab HS ||
Hopoate is a physical prospect with movement on the ball. In the run game, he shows explosion as a blocker with leg drive and brings his feet to drive defenders off the LOS. Ability to trap block and initial movement and follow through as a pulling guard. Run block on the move to cut off linebakers. In pass protection, he sets his base, give initial contact and sustains feet and balance. Hopoate made our 3A all state team and will look to have a productive junior season as one of the top prospects in the 3A class.
Hugh Matsumori Hugh Matsumori 5'9" | 160 lbs | DB Olympus | 2026 State UT : DB || 5’9 || Olympus HS ||
Matsumori is an athletic prospect that plays the cornerback position in the Titan’s defense. Can diagnose and react in run support.Has a knack for the football and can make a play to get the ball in the air. Ability to stay on hip with pass catchers. Adjust in zone coverage to make plays. Matsumori was a huge contributor in helping the Titans reach the 5A state championship and will look to have a productive junior season.
Israel Arocha Israel Arocha 5'8" | 150 lbs | DB Ben Lomond | 2026 State UT : DB || 5’9 || Northridge HS ||
Arocha is an athletic prospect with ball skills to track and get the ball out the air and make a play. Ability to hold at the LOS against wide receivers and stay on hip. A sure tackler in run support and in the open field. Look for Arocha next season as he leaves 3A Ben Lomond HS and will showcase his skills against some tough competition in the 5A class.
