More 2026 NFL Comparisons

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There are some guys in this class who are already showing similar characteristics to some NFL legends and current players. I see a lot in these guys. I would love to hear some feedback on this. Let's check it out!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Tristan Burns </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Burns is a guy that is a smaller fellow. He is about 5-foot-8, 165 pounds. But Burns is a vicious hitter on the field. He reminds me of Bob Sanders. I definitely do think that he is a guy that we will see playing on the next level. This young man is very dedicated to learning on how to be a better player. He is always around on the camp circuit. I think we need to see him get to a 4.5 in the 40-yard dash. That will truly help his stock rise. This guy is the truth.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1217346' first='Zayion' last='Cotton']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cotton is a guy that does a great job of being a big target for his quarterback. The young man from Grenada reminds me of a Donald Lee type of player. I think that Cotton is going to be a tight end on the next level. We could probably even see him at the h-back position. However, if Cotton become more flexible, I can see him being a Calvin Johnson kind of player. This young man is a baller that I have a lot of faith in.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='691284' first='Jamison' last='Kelly']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kelly reminds me of Steve Atwater kind of guy. I think that he is going to be a big-time safety in this class. He is a player to keep your eyes on. Kelly is a player that I think is going to see his stock rise soon. This young man is a very intelligent player on the football field. He is aggressive and loves to come up and make hits. Kelly also has some decent speed. He knows how to be the last guy on the defense. You will not see him getting beat over the top a lot.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='212364' first='Dereon' last='Albert']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Albert reminds me of Reggie White. I do not think that Albert is going to be an edge player like White was, but Albert resembles White him when he is rushing the passer. I have seen him dominate some combines. We think that he is a player that is going to see his stock rise this offseason. Coaches need to know that he is one of the toughest players in this class. This young man is not a guy that is out there playing around on the field. He is a guy to have in the trenches.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1345657' first='Zechariah' last='Jenkins']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jenkins is a guy that reminds me of Julio Jones. He is an explosive guy that knows how to get behind receivers. He is also a threat in the red zone. I was able to see Jenkins in person at the Super Sophomore game. I was not disappointed at all. Jenkins is a guy that I think is going to start getting a lot of offers this offseason. He has the hands to go up and get footballs. He also has the speed to break loose. Keep an eye on this young man.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
