The vast majority of them have the ability to play multiple positions on just the offensive side of the ball, which causes many problems. Not highlighting these young men during scout notes will haunt you later come game day.
Kanai Kennedy (RB/S) is a 5’9 165 pound reclass athlete out of Washington.
-Accelerates through holes, puts foot in the ground to get vertical with urgency.
-Solid contact balance and speed at the second level. I like when ball carriers finish through the end zone, not just to it! Good reflexion of Kanai’s attitude.
-Comes up from secondary to lay wood. Can make open field tackles or fly up to finish the job.
-Has a good motor and plays fast on both sides of ball
Blake Dominique Blake Dominique 5’9″ | 160 lbs | ATH NY (RB/LB) comes from good stock out of the respected Brooklyn Chiefs program standing at 5’9 and 160 pounds. New York kid.
-Strong and runs hard. Wasting you time if you try to arm tackle him high. Could run with a little better pad level, but packs a punch when lowers shoulder.
-Decent speed. Does well changing pursuit angles once outside the tackle box. Eyes stay downfield.
-Explosive out of stance at DE. I assume will get moved to outside LB in High School. A force off the edge
Nico Panzera Nico Panzera 5’9″ | 150 lbs | ATH NJ (LB/RB/SS) is a North Jersey dual sport athlete. Tallied up over 1000 total yds and 19 touchdowns on offense. 72 total tackles with 1 interception.
-Tough player. Feet don’t stop at contact point. Does not matter if he is carrying the ball or hitting the ball.
-Average speed with good instincts on both sides of ball.
-Good downhill runner who makes decisive cuts.
-Good blocker. Covers people up quickly, just like at LB.
Highlights
