Cutter Morning Star’s Peyton Mills Peyton Mills 6’3″ | 175 lbs | QB Cutter Morning Star | 2025 State AR is a Pro-Style quarterback with underrated mobility in the pocket. A strong-arm that showcases a quick release with good velocity on the ball. Displays good vision downfield, anticipating receivers on their routes with good ball placement. High IQ football player that’s able to read defenses pretty well. Not to mention, he shows good patience while focusing on executing the play, keeping his eyes down the field when forced outside the pocket. Great leadership and accuracy through all levels of the field. Cutter will be making the transition from 8-man to 11-man football in 2024. You should expect his name to be mentioned across the nation by the end of 2024.
