Continue ReadingJefferson was a key part of St. John Bosco’s offensive line and committed to Arizona State on Christmas.
On film, he is an aggressive guard who excels in the run game and is athletic enough to pull effectively. He does a good job getting his body between the defensive player and the ball carrier when bouncing to the next level.
Jefferson is solid as a pass blocker largely due to his strong initial punch, but he is often uncovered and helping the tackle or center in pass protection.

Wnetrzak attended a Prep Redzone Showcase last spring and his recruitment has blown up since then.
His size a big draw to college coaches and he moves his body pretty well for a guy who is so big. Wnetrzak has one of the best initial punches in his class and knows how to keep the defensive lineman away from him with his wingspan.

Highlights
Vaikona is another lengthy tackle who overpowers people in the running game. He drives his feet through contact and if you let him get his body close to you, it’s going to be a long night.
Sometimes he takes an extra step while run blocking without gaining much ground, but he makes up for it with his strength. He’s a really good athlete who gets down the field while pulling and can get to the second level.
In pass protection, he defends the bullrush well and proves that the lowest man doesn’t always win. He transferred to Santa Margarita from Xavier Prep and it will be interesting to see him play against Trinity League competition.

I first saw Perdue at the Allegiance OL camp last spring and was impressed by him and how coachable he was.
Perdue is an excellent run blocker who always gets his hips between the defender and the ball carrier. He uses his arms well and knows when to get off the double team and get to the next level.
He’s a solid athlete who can get up the field on screens and has a motor. Perdue is also a solid long snapper.
