Continue ReadingI’m back from my trip down south seeing some of the nation’s top football prospects. Today’s article features recruits from both the talent-rich states of Florida and Alabama. These youngsters stood out both on and off the field and in my mind have a bright future at the next level. They will make a few lucky programs very happy. With all of them being only juniors, they could see an even further bump in their recruitment following the wrap-up of the 2023 season. Look for them to hit the weights hard this off-season and be even better in 2024.
Jessiah McGrew Jessiah McGrew 6'2" | 175 lbs | ATH Tallahassee FSU High | 2025 FL 6‘2“ 180 is a fast-rising safety prospect. He’s got amazing coverage skills and is a natural ballhawk with good timing and anticipation. Very long arms, to go with quick hands and feet. This is a Dynamic defender in the class of 2025. Holds a 3.0 GPA.
Maurice Adams 6‘2“ 240 defensive tackle from Florida High School in Tallahassee is fast, violent, and dominates at the point of attack. He reads well with good hands and feet. Shows a great get-off and terrific determination. Nonstop motor with a relentless style. Class of 2025 and holds a 3.3 GPA.
Josiah Broxton is a 6′ 205-pound linebacker who also plays some running back as well. He looks great on film and can make plays from sideline to sideline using his 4.5 speed in the 40. He may not be the tallest linebacker but he certainly is one of the more productive ones with over 100 total tackles each of the past two seasons. He also runs the sprints in track. Class of 2025 and holds a 3.1 GPA.
Adonis Moise Adonis Moise 6'0" | 180 lbs | WR Bradenton IMG Academy | 2025 State FL is a 6‘1“ 180-pound wide receiver from Bradenton IMG Academy in Florida. He runs a 4.4 40-yard dash and a 10.9 100 meters in track. He dominates with speed, explosiveness, sure hands, and excellent leaping ability. Can take the top off a defense at any moment. Class of 2025 and holds a 3.7 GPA.
Noah Abrams 5‘7“ 180 of Mobile Saint Pauls Episcopal believe it or not plays inside linebacker and plays it very well. He’s best suited to be moved to safety at the next level where he can use his speed and hitting ability to his advantage. He loves to play the game, has a downhill playing style, and is very productive. One of the top defensive players in Mobile. Class of 2025.
