As high school football concludes, we will look at some Underclass stock riser prospects that deserve recognition in their respective positions and classifications. This week, Prep Redzone Scout Drew Johnson will highlight instrumental recruits who have consistently produced this season. As noted frequently, Prep Redzone Florida aims to provide adequate coverage of all athletes for college coaches At All Levels and readers to evaluate. Let's get into some of the stats, Hudl films, and recent offers from some of the rising recruits in the state of Florida.

Joseph Weathers | QB | 2026 | Westwood | @Josephw222

2023 stats: 80/178 - 1298 yards - 13-8 TD/INT

Have watched Weathers throw dots since the off-season AAU period and he only brought that confidence into the regular season. Impressed with Weathers's ability to go through his reads and not lock on one receiver. Decent arm strength but his ball placement is next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1368296' first='Larry' last='Miles'] | WR | 2026 | West Orange | @d1larry123

2023 stats: 39 receptions – 531 yards – 3 TD

The sophomore had a decent season for West Orange and showed off his potential upside to keep developing into a problem at wideout. He has a decent frame at 6'0, 175 with plenty of time to add weight. He led his team in both receptions and receiving yards in year two and is set for a major offseason period.

[player_tooltip player_id='1550563' first='Stanley' last='Anderson-Lofton'] | QB | 2025 | Dr. Phillips | @stanandersonQb1

2023 stats: 2,400 yards total, touchdowns - 2,015 passing - 385 rushing - 26 total touchdowns - 15 passing - 11 rushing

The 6-2, 205-pound junior put together a productive season for Dr. Phillips who went 7-5 on the season. He finished with nearly 2500 total yards and 17 total TDs in year three. Has decent pocket presence and delivery but can extend plays in the open field with his legs.

Harper Campbell | LB | 2026 | Niceville | @Harper0Campbel

2023 stats: 103 Tkls (20 TFL, 2 Sacks), 3 INT (1 TD), 3 FF, 8 PBU, 3 QB Hurries, 1 KR-13 Yds, 1 PB

Campbell was really productive in his sophomore season recording over 100 total tackles with 20.0 tackles for loss to add. He's a playmaker on the rise that deserves recognition as he's seen an uptick in college interest for his efforts. This kid had 20.0 tackles in Niceville's last playoff game, that's a game-changer with plenty of time to develop his frame and overall game.

Joshod Hampton | DB | 2025 | Bartow | @Joshod3

Hampton showed off lockdown tendencies throughout the season for Bartow. Hes a developing defensive nack that has been his name on the map in the area. Another season to add weight to his frame to be dominant at the line of scrimmage but I like his game and IQ.
