As the high school football season begins to conclude, we will look at some Underclass stock riser prospects that deserve recognition in their respective positions and classifications. This week, Prep Redzone Scout Drew Johnson will highlight instrumental recruits who have consistently produced this season. As noted frequently, Prep Redzone Florida aims to provide adequate coverage of all athletes for college coaches At All Levels and readers to evaluate. Let's get into some of the stats, Hudl films, and recent offers from some of the rising recruits in the state of Florida.

Notable 2025 Offensive Performers of 2023

CLEARWATER ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL

Antwann Raymond | RB | 2025 | CAI | @antwan_official

It's been a long time coming for 2025 running back Antwan Raymond. The 3-star prospect has made the most of his move from Canada, totaling over 1,000 rushing yards in five games playing for Clearwater Academy International. Now he's starting to gain national attention but for Raymond, this was always in the works.

2023 stats: 201 rushes - 1643 yards - 20 TD

[player_tooltip player_id='1317582' first='Makih' last='Johnson'] | WR | Class of 2025 | CAI | @Makihjohnson2

One of the top rising junior receivers has picked up steam this offseason earning multiple big-time offers following a productive spring showcase and various camp showings. Has all the tools in the box to be a Power 5 product with plenty of time to add to his frame.

Recent Offers: USF, UCONN, Toledo, Indiana, WKU, FAU, Iowa State, UTEP

COCOA

[player_tooltip player_id='953682' first='Jayvan' last='Boggs'] | WR | Class of 2025 | Cocoa | @Jayvan_Boggs

Talk about putting your name on the recruiting map. Boggs has dominated opposing defenses all season, totaling 9 receiving touchdowns in the three games. The recent Ohio State commit is a huge upside wide receiver prospect who has been ultra-productive for Cocoa this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='833761' first='Nicholas' last='Teeter'] | WR | Class of 2025 | Cocoa | @NicholasteeterN

Teeter is nearly unguardable in 1v1 situations and has put up solid numbers this season. Teeter plays at state-champion Cocoa High under offensive coordinator Adam Franco. Coach Franco called it out before the season that he would be hard to stop, and he exceeded expectations with slick footwork in his route running combined with sure hands. Teeter is very physical for his size but really impressed with smooth route running and the ability to stack and finish his routes.

2023 stats:

NAPLES

[player_tooltip player_id='830584' first='Shawn' last='Simeon'] | RB | 2025 | Naples | @ShawnSimeon5

This kid is the Real Deal! One of the top running backs in the state produced week in week out for his squad. It was in the postseason where Simeon truly showed his upside and potential to procure at the next level. Just check the stats and film college coaches, you're going to want to get eyes on this one.

2023 stats: 188 rushes - 2040 yards - 27 TD

ARMWOOD

Girard Pringle | RB | 2025 | Armwood | @GirardPringle

Pringle is that dude. Has to be one of the more underrated running back prospects in the area but he's starting to get the college attention he deserves after a great junior season.

2023 stats: 219 rushes - 1683 yards - 24 TD

JONES

[player_tooltip player_id='826542' first='Vernell' last='Brown III'] | WR | 2025 | Jones | @VB3_9

I've had the opportunity to scout Brown the past couple of years and watch him develop into a true Power 5 prospect. From competing with one of the top 7v7 teams in the state to dominating with the pads on, the son of former Gators cornerback/wide receiver/returner Vernell Brown Jr is money on the gridiron in his own right. He's flashed advanced route-running skills & sure hand capabilities for the next level. Just check the film, this kid will be an early production piece for whoever lands his talents.

2023 stats: 43 receptions, 811 yards, 8 TDs, 90.1 YPG

BOONE

[player_tooltip player_id='1130879' first='Isaiah' last='Mizell'] | WR | Class of 2025 | Boone | @IsaiahMizell

The younger brother of Florida Gators WR Aidan Mizell is making a name for himself this junior season with Boone High as he's recorded 35 receptions for 714 receiving yards and 17 TDs as the regular season concludes.

ST. AUGUSTINE

[player_tooltip player_id='748968' first='Carl' last='Jenkins'] Jr | WR | 2025 | SAHS | @thecarljenkins

Jenkins has stamped himself as one of the top 2025 WR prospects in the state after earning All-District honors in his junior season. Jenkins is an electric athlete with sticky-glue hands and is a home run threat after the catch. Jenkins has flashed good route-running skills and initial release while using basketball-esque hops to beat defenders mid-air for contested catches. He's also displayed vapor speed to beat defenders in coverage and is equally lethal in open space. A rising prospect that should be on all Florida universities' radar.

2023 stats: 34 catches, 723 yards, 10 TDs, 90.4 YPG

SPANISH RIVER

Blake Wallace | WR | 2025 | Spanish River | @BlakeWallace_14

2023 stats: 55 receptions, 1063 yards, 16 TDs, 118.1 YPG

Wallace has jumped onto my radar since his 100+ performance in Week One. He's been a consistent scoring threat all season with nearly 20 total TDs for Spanish River. He's a big-play playmaker who is dangerous after the catch with good speed and open-field moves. Wallace has a college-ready frame at 6'2, 175 pounds with another year to add weight and develop technique.

FORT MEADE

Keveun Mason | RB | Class of 2025 | Fort Meade | @keveunmason07

Mason has been stamped as a true riser and has moved in my top 5 running back prospects in Polk since transferring to Fort Meade. He will pick up some D1 offers during the offseason as he has totaled over 1,000 yards rushing while showing his versatile skill sets throughout the season.

2023 stats: 108 rushes | 1067 yards | 14 TD | 9.9 yards per carry

LAKE MINNEOLA

[player_tooltip player_id='1130811' first='Dane' last='Thompkins'] | RB | 2025 | Lake Minneola | @dane_thompkins

2023 stats: 255 rushes - 1857 yards - 27 TD

LAKELAND CHRISTIAN

Josh Bellamy | RB | Class of 2025 | Lakeland Christian | @JoshBellamyJr1

Bellamy has been a playmaker and productive piece for the Vikings so far this season. He's still slept on in the Polk area despite a nearly 1,000-yard rushing season with double-digit touchdowns.

Killian O'Neal | RB | Class of 2025 | LCS | @killian_oneal24

The second half of LCS's running back duo is a workhorse for the offense. Good sized RB prospect that's a bowling ball on the football field.

ZCA

Kendall Johnson | ATH | Class of 2025 | ZCA | @KxndallJxhnson

Johnson is leading Pasco County in total TDs (15) after another three-score performance in a huge district win. He's a touchdown machine and provides kicking duties while running the wildcat when needed. A true versatile athlete for ZCA who will be a DOG at the next level.

2023 stats: 45 receptions, 778 yards, 15 TDs

VICTORY

[player_tooltip player_id='1220110' first='JoJo' last='Scott'] | ATH | 2025 | Victory Christian | @jojoscott0

On Friday nights, Scott is the main attraction for Victory Christian's offense as he's a home run type player that has made some big-time catches while making plays on both sides of the ball.

SANTA FE

[player_tooltip player_id='829457' first='Dathan' last='Glover'] | 2025 ATH | Santa Fe Catholic | @7_pingg

I was able to watch Glover line up on both sides of the ball while his coach and I watched him compete. Decent coverage skills but excels at the receiver position. Plenty of time to develop.

NEASE

Maddox Spencer | WR | Class of 2025 | Nease | @MaddoxSpencer14

This kid has to be one of the more slept-on WR prospects in the area as he's finished second in total receiving yards in the state for juniors.

2023 stats: 68 receptions - 1348 yards - 16 TD

SANTALUCES

[player_tooltip player_id='1220052' first='Israel' last='Marion'] | WR | 2025 | Santaluces | @1lilizz

Been putting it out to the recruiting world to get eyes on Marion since the spring session. He helped take down his former team Spanish River with some big-time catches.

SPRUCE CREEK

[player_tooltip player_id='1313974' first='Tony' last='Kinsler'] | ATH | 2025 | Spruce Creek | @TonyKinsler2

2023 stats: 55 receptions - 856 yards - 11 TD

CALVARY CHRISTIAN

Austin Ho | WR | 2025 | Calvary | @iamaustin1ho

2023 stats: 52 Receptions - 769 Receiving Yards - 924 All Purpose Yards - 13 Touchdowns

GULF

Antonio Muniz | RB | 2025 | Gulf | @Antonio_M_222023 stats: 257 rushes - 1930 yards - 26 TD
