Mission Viejo beat Granite Hills 49-21 to advance to the state championship game against De La Salle.
Here are the offensive players who stood out for each team.
MISSION VIEJO
Luke Fahey Luke Fahey 5’10” | 180 lbs | QB Mission Viejo | 2026 State CA got to play every snap at quarterback for the first time this season. He was excellent with two touchdown passes and a touchdown run.
He throws a great deep ball and after the first couple of series of the game, was making the correct reads most of the time.
Fahey is a better athlete than advertised and it will be interesting to see how he develops this offseason.
Hinesward Lilomaiava
Hinesward Lilomaiava
Lilomaiava is a between the tackles runner who has solid field vision.
He had two touchdown runs and was able to match physicality with Granite Hills’ big defensive linemen and linebackers.
Bell showed why he is a highly-rated prospect against Granite Hills. He was able to get open un man and zone coverage and had a touchdown on a fly sweep.
Highlights
Lancaster calls out all of the defensive blitzes and assignments for the offensive line. He did a nice job run blocking in the middle and the offensive line as a whole created lanes on the inside for Lilomaiava.
Highlights
Mark Schroller Mark Schroller 6’6″ | 285 lbs | OL Mission Viejo | 2024 State CA had to match up with Granite Hills’ best defensive player in my opinion. He lost some battles early in the game but by the end of the game he was controlling his matchup.
He’s a very good pass blocker and does a nice job getting to the second level on running plays.

GRANITE HILLS
Pablo Jackson
Pablo Jackson
Jackson showed impressive speed at running back and as a kick returner.
He shook defenders well and made some big plays. He also made a big play as a passer on a trick play.
Maxwell Turner Maxwell Turner 5’8″ | 185 lbs | RB Granite Hills | 2025 State CA runs the ball well between the tackles and is shifty. His field vision is very good and he has a solid frame.

Rowdy Seda
Rowdy Seda
Granite Hills’ offensive line is big and has some impressive players, but Seda played the best in the plays where I paid close attention to the offensive line.
The offensive line as a unit wore down as the game went on but the pressure on the quarterback never came from the left side where Seda plays.
