Kellen Davis
Kellen Davis
Davis is a junior quarterback out of Centennial High School in the Champaign area. The 6’1, 185 lbs dual-threat playmaker had a monster season, earning 6A IHSFCA All-State Honorable Mention Honors after posting a stat line of 1,766 passing yards and 24 touchdowns. He also added 574 rushing yards with 10 touchdowns. Davis’ most dangerous asset is his legs, as he displays incredible vision and elusiveness when pulling it down and running it. Through the air, Davis has tremendous arm strength and releases the ball with strong velocity that allows him to fit the ball into tight windows. This rising star in Davis should light it up in his senior campaign.
The dynamic defensive star out of Eisenhower struck fear into opponents week in and week out, earning 6A IHSFCA All-State Honorable Mention Honors following his junior season. Lovett, who measures in at 6’1, 175 lbs, plays a variety of positions, including safety and outside linebacker. While he may line up all over, one thing is certain: Lovett will bring the physicality. He is a highly athletic and relentless player, who refuses to be blocked and will make any tackle in the open field. Whether in coverage, blitzing, or tackling, Lovett is an elite playmaker whose stock is on the rise.

Schambow had a monster season this fall, earning IHSFCA 6A All-State Honorable Mention Honors. The junior quarterback from Libertyville possesses an electric arm and plus athleticism that helps this playmaker to shine every Friday night. He plays with a gunslinger mentality in which there isn’t a throw he can’t make on the field. While Schambow could certainly play football at the next level, the 6’0, 195 lb athlete is currently committed to play baseball at Oklahoma State. Although Schambow has chosen to play baseball in college, he will be a fun watch when he runs it back for 1 more season at Libertyville.
Austin Synoga
Austin Synoga
The 5’10, 155 lbs defensive back out of Richards may be undersized, but he plays bigger than most. Synoga is as physical a safety as one will find, as he possesses an elite set of traits that earned him IHSFCA 6A All-State Honorable Mention following his junior campaign. Synoga tallied 92 total tackles this season, with 61 of them being solo tackles. These traits include toughness, speed, and athleticism. He can diagnose offensive plays in a hurry, flying down hill and finishing on the ball on the ball carrier in the open field. He is also extremely smooth in coverage, as he can weave in and out of breaks to take the ball away. Synoga is the definition of a sleeper prospect, who is sure to see his recruiting heat up soon.
