We're looking at 2024 recruits today who had a great senior year. For most of these guys, their high school careers have come to an end, but they made sure to go down swinging.

[player_tooltip player_id='868411' first='Lance' last='Jones'] - Franklin Community - LB - 5'10" 210lbs

Jones is leaving Franklin Community as one of the most decorated defenders they've had in a long time. Being a 3-year starter who not only got better each season but had massive performances every time he stepped on the field points to good things to come for Jones. What I appreciate most about Jones, at least on tape, is he doesn't try to do too much. He sticks with his assignment, diagnoses, and reacts. He does a good job putting himself in a place to make the tackle. When he's attacking the LOS, he's creative and does a great job using his hands to get linemen off of him. He will attack the football and do his best to rip it out, which I appreciate because it doesn't ever put him in a place to miss the tackle. Throughout his 3 year starting career, Jones put up 251 tackles, 18 TFLs, 3.5 sacks, 1 interception, 4 passes deflected, and 4 forced fumbles. Jones was consistent, reliable, and always had the knack for the big play when needed.

Twitter: @LanceJ31

[player_tooltip player_id='603981' first='Nolan' last='McCullough'] - Penn - QB - 6'2" 205lbs

McCullough is wrapping up a fantastic career up at Penn. The Crown Point Regional game from this past week was easily one of the best games in the state. 2 evenly matched teams, and McCullough did what he could to get them over the top. Being the QB of a run-heavy team, it's been hard for McCullough to get the passing volume to show he's capable at the next level. There's no doubt about his athletic ability. He's a dual-threat QB who stretches the field and forces the defense to watch him. He rushed for 119 yards in the Sectional Championship and completed all 5 of his throws as they quickly pulled away from Warsaw. However, he then put up a 378 passing yard and 5 TD performance in Sectionals when they opened up the offense and let him cook. McCullough has always been incredibly efficient in throwing the ball. He knows where to go with it, doesn't stay on 1 read, and then will pull the ball and pick up positive yardage if there's nothing open downfield. He likely needs some development in the passing game, but his tools and athletic ability should keep him afloat as he develops into a Saturday starter.

Twitter: @NolanMcC2

[player_tooltip player_id='1088775' first='Trevor' last='Henkle'] - Zionsville - K/P - 5'8" 160lbs

Henkle closed out his career by being a fairly consistent kicker. Being used in both kickoffs and field goals, he's always had a big leg and been able to make most kicks. Throughout his career, he attempted 87 kickoffs, with 48 being untouched for touchbacks. He also punted and had 26 downed punts inside the 20-yard line. All of this is only from 2 years of being the starting kicker as well. 49/50 in his career on PATs is promising as well. Having a kicker you can rely on to make the 1 every time is huge. However, it's the FGs where you need your kicker to be best, and that's where Henkle has the most potential. With a big leg and fairly solid accuracy, he could be a set-and-forget kicker for years to come at the next level. Nobody seems to care about Special Teams until they don't come through, but Henkle is the type of kicker you bring in to alleviate some of those issues.

Twitter: @TrevorHenkle

[player_tooltip player_id='1088773' first='Carson' last='Foxen'] - Avon - LB - 5'10" 210lbs

Foxen silently just put up his 2nd incredibly impressive season in a row. He's a really sound LB who sees the field, knows how to get off blocks, and does a good job making strong tackles. His hands are strong and once he latches onto a ball carrier, they go down. He's very twitchy for a LB and just has great reaction speed as well. Maybe it's the baseball background really coming through for him, but nonetheless, he feels half a step ahead of the offense more often than not. Over the past 2 seasons, Foxen has put up a wild 280 tackles, 28.5 TFLs, 7 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles. He's all over the field and his numbers really show that. Foxen has a long list of attributes that could help him develop at the next level. His frame, ability to produce, and feel for the game are seemingly 1 step ahead of other LBs in the class. Foxen should have a bright future ahead of him on the football field if he wants it, because he's been nothing short of phenomenal over the past 2 years.

Twitter: @Carson_Foxen

We're looking at 2024 recruits today who had a great senior year. For most of these guys, their high school careers have come to an end, but they made sure to go down swinging.
