Mark Manfred Mark Manfred 6'3" | 180 lbs | ATH Sprayberry | 2025 State GA – DB – Sprayberry
A top 2025 defensive back in Georgia, Manfred is a playmaker in the secondary who has really seen his recruitment take off this season. Now, after another impressive season, Manfred has earned a new offer from Miami. The 6-foot-3 175-pounder is a quit-footed cornerback who can turn his hips and really run with receivers. He has a lengthy frame, and when the ball is in the air, he turns into a receiver with the ability to make a play on it. As a junior this fall, the Cobb County defender made 57 tackles, five TFLs, one INT, and one forced fumble. He looks the part of a high-quality Power Five defensive back and now holds offers from Miami, Clemson, UCF, Wisconsin, Georgia Southern, among others.
Christian Gass – Eastside
An explosive pass-rusher off the edge who knows how to make a big play in the backfield, Gass is a long, lean defender at 6-foot-4 210-pounds that can really create some havoc in the backfield. An underrated defender in the area, the playing junior made 62 tackles and 11 TFLs in addition to his two sacks. He’s a hard hitter who knows how to strike and deliver a big hit on the ball-carrier. Not only is effective when attacking the quarterback, but he’s also to make plays in coverage too. He’s had a strong junior season this fall, and the offers are starting to roll in, earning a new one recently from Cincinnati. Don’t be surprised to see more come his way sooner than later.
Gerritt Kemp – ATH – Hebron Christian
An impressive two-way athlete with plenty of size at 6-foot-3 180-pounds, Kemp is playmaking receiver and defensive back with good hands and natural instincts. He has a long frame and shows good burst as well. He’s one of the better overall athletes in the Dacula area and across Gwinnett County for the 2025 class. Now, he’s earned a new offer from East Carolina. So far this season, Kemp has only caught 12 passes, but they’ve gone for 442 yards and 6 touchdowns. Defensively, he’s made 33 tackles, three INTs, and two fumble recoveries. He’s a big-play machine and the offers may start coming in more and more over the next few months.
