Maki Andrade-WR/DB-’24 Harrison
The 5’10 Andrade has the one thing you can’t teach, speed. He is outstanding in run support, breaking to the ball carrier quick and it not afraid to square up on bigger RBs. Had multiple double digit tackle games this season. Good in pass coverage and has a nose for the football. He has received interest from several NAIA and D3 and recently picked up an offer from Central Methodist. Harrison will be in action Friday night when they visit the #5 ranked Carrollton Trojans.
Emmanuel Gyamfi-DT-’24 Mountain View
The 6’2 260 All Region DT jumped on everyone’s radar this season. The recent East Tennessee State commit is aggressive, athletic, and quick for a big man. He gets off the ball quick and powers through double teams. Has the quickness to get outside and make plays sideline to sideline. Always plays with a lot of octane. Mountain View will be on the road at #2 ranked Walton this Friday night.
Kobe Jones-OL-’24 Denmark
The 6’3 285 Tennessee St Commit is a big bodied OL that plays with an edge. Gets off the ball well, strong, good run blocker. Big upside at the next level for this young man. A little raw right now but a couple of years in a D1 weightroom and this guy could be a steal on the OL for the Tigers. Denmark will open the playoffs Friday at #6 Norcross.
Nick Bliss-ATH-’24 Richmond Hill
The 5’9 WR/RB is a young man that caught our attention earlier this season. He has totaled over 1000 total yards this season with a combination of rushing and receiving. Efficient with 16 TDs on just 110 touches. Tough North South runner that has speed to take it to the house if he gets past the 2nd level. Good hands and would make a good slot at the next level. Has a 38 VJ and has been timed at 21.7 mph, plus a 4.0 GPA. Has an offer from Marist and interest from several high academic D1 schools. Richmond Hill opens the playoffs on the road at #8 Grayson.
Mike Matthews Mike Matthews 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Parkview | 2024 State GA -WR-’24 Parkview
The 6’2 195 5 star WR is worth the price of admission. Great hands and speed that makes him one of the top WR prospects in the 2024 class, but what sets him apart is his strength and physicality. Runs through arm without breaking his stride and is great at using the stiff arm to keep would be tacklers off of him. The Fans in Knoxville have to be ecstatic knowing this guy is on his way. Chance to see him this Friday as the #7 Panthers travel to #3 Colquitt Co in a rare matchup of ranked teams in the 1 v 4 seeding.
