Doing these analyses allows me to spotlight a lot of players. There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
AJ Hairston- Monarch High c/o 24
6’3 210lbs
Hairston has had a big-time season in 2023. The 3 star prospect has led Monarch to an 11-2 record and into the State Semifinals where they’ll take on Mandarin this Friday. Hairston led the district in passing with 2180 yards, completing 72%, with 21 touchdowns. He also rushed for 163 yards and 4 touchdowns. Hairston is committed to University of Massachusetts.

Jack Spaeder Jack Spaeder 6'2" | 170 lbs | QB American | 2027 FL – Monarch High c/o 27
6’2 170lbs
Spaeder is a really talented QB Prospect that transferred over from Avant Garde Academy over the summer. The talented freshman played in 6 games this season and really shined throwing for 954 yards, completing 70% of his passes, with 10 touchdowns! Spaeder also rushed for 133 yards. Coaches need to keep an eye on Spaeder over the next several seasons. Spaeder gets it done in the classroom with a 3.82 GPA.

Jaeden Phillips Jaeden Phillips 5'10" | 150 lbs | QB Monarch | 2027 FL – Monarch High c/o 27
5’11 170lbs
Phillips is an up-and-coming freshman quarterback in the district. Monarch High is loaded at the quarterback position and Phillips is another highly talented prospect. Philips played in 7 games this season throwing for 897 yards, completing 71% of his passes with 4 touchdowns. Phillips is also a solid student with a 3.2 GPA. Coaches need to head to Coconut Creek this spring and check these quarterbacks out!

Very quick release
Very accurate
Tough player that will stand in the pocket and take hits, and deliver strikes down the field
Opious Knox- Coral Springs High c/o 25
5’11 165lbs
Knox was solid for Coral Springs this season leading the Colts to a 5-5 record and just missing the playoffs. He finished third in the district passing for 924 yards, completed 61% of his passes with 10 touchdowns. He was also the team’s leading rusher and finished with 564 yards on the ground and 2-100 yd rushing games. He averaged over 9 yards per carry.
Strengths:
Athletic dual-threat prospect
Vision and wiggle in the open field
Really good deep ball placement that allows his receivers to run after the catch
