This is a deep roster with talent at pretty much every position group on the field. I fully expect the Griffins to be competing for a championship and look for them to have a strong core group of guys go on to the next level.

QB: Cohen Wright, 6’1″ 195
An improvisational artist that keeps his eyes fixed downfield and is a feathery deep ball thrower on the run. He’s a solid anticipatory thrower with a quick setup & the football smarts to take advantage of the holes in zone coverage.
OL: Caden Struth Caden Struth 6'4" | 250 lbs | DL Ernest Manning | 2024 State CAD 6’4″ 245
Struth has intriguing vertical stature, he punches on a rise and can uproot down defensive linemen on his own. He needs to add some weight, but he’s tough, plays with good leverage, and fights through the whistle.
DB: Filips Shabanov, 6’0″ 170
Filips anticipates throws & fires out of his breaks, he’s got above-average ball skills and is a physical tackler who can lineup at multiple different positions on the field.
DT: Alex Longo, 6’0″ 255
Longo is extremely disruptive in the run game, he can get skinny on down blocks and has the body control to make tough tackles behind the line when outleveraged. He’s got a great first step, quick hands, and can detach almost instantly from interior blocks.
DB: Kaysar Monteiro, 6’0″ 160
A lockdown corner with good size, the ability to run stride for stride with opponents, and shows a good feel for zone coverage. He’s a competitor that is a PBU machine with clean footwork and has a natural understanding of route concepts.
WR: Benjamin Falkowsky, 5’11” 175
Impressive production last fall totaling 16 touchdowns for the Griffins. Benjamin is a dynamic return man with shake, burst, top-end speed, and vision. He’s got impressive leaping ability and can go up & pluck the football at its highest point.
WR: Nash Macdonald, 6’1″ 170
A possession-type slot receiver with strong hands, refined route-running, and the ability to make defenders miss after the catch. He even plays with an edge as a perimeter blocker.
DB: Evan Lakatos Evan Lakatos 6'4" | 190 lbs | DB Ernest Manning | 2024 State CAD , 6’3″ 175
Noticeable size for the safety position to go along with calculated tackling ability and relentless effort.
OL: Joseph Osman, 6’1″ 235
Quick out of his stance with good flexibility, easy lateral movement skills, and the body control to latch onto agile second-level defenders.
DT: Jacob Kaczanowski, 6’2″ 250
Jacob is raw but has heavy hands at the point of attack, a strong lower half, and will look to get his arms up to bat away passes if he can’t get to the quarterback.
