7 Uncommitted 2024 Southern Indiana RBs Crushing This Season

The young men stated in this article have the talent to play at the next level. These prospects are must-watch guys for the playoffs and will be game-changers for their teams on their road to Indianapolis. He carries the rock with a purpose and has a gritty running style. Watch his film, and you will see him running through tackles, spinning off defenders, and making big plays all night. He possesses the ability to make defenders miss and plays with great change of direction. This young man is a playmaker, and every time he touches the ball, he finds his way into the endzone. Branden showed up multiple times this season to find ways to slip the cracks of the defense and have explosive runs down the field. He shows patience at the line of scrimmage and hits the gaps quickly and athletically. I see a bright future for Cottee running the football at the next level. He finished the regular season with 1,148 yards rushing, averaging 127.6 per game, 16 rushing TDs, and 7 100+ yard games. Kyle is a tough, strong runner and has excellent open-field speed. He shows patience at the line of scrimmage, and when the hole opens up, he is off to the races. His size and athleticism allow him to fight off tackles and make defenders miss. He has been a special playmaker for Northview and continues to dominate on the ground. Kyle Cottee will be a tremendous offensive weapon at the college level and help Northview make a run in the playoffs this season. DeLong is a tremendous playmaker and is determined to find the endzone numerous times a game. As soon as he gets the ball, he turns on the jets and makes his opponents get their track shoes on to keep up. Sean is very shifty and makes defenders all game. Gavin finished the regular season with 859 yards rushing, averaging 95.4 per game, 12 rushing TDs, and 5 100+ yard games. The best quality I see in his running style is his vision. He does a great job reading what is before him and making great decisions and cuts. Gavin is shifty at the line of scrimmage and the second level. Gritty, quick, and decisive are a couple of words to describe his running style. Another thing I like seeing when watching an RB's highlights is when they show clips of them in pass protection, and Gavin is a reliable guy in protection. Gavin Adams has the tools to be an effective RB at the next level and is a great player to watch. He brought in 24 receptions, 418 receiving yards, and 4 TDs. He has been in a few of my articles this season because he is always a top performer each week. Antonio lines up in the backfield and out wide and excels at both positions. He plays with incredible balance and is a tough one to take down. This young man has taken his game to another level and is a sought-after prospect in Indiana. The young man has D1 offers and deserves more! Lamar finished the season with 912 yards rushing, averaging 101.3 per game, 15 rushing TDs, and 5 100+ yard games. He brought 15 receptions, 224 receiving yards, and 2 receiving TDs. Lamar plays both ways for Greencastle; his second position is LB. He shows an incredible amount of toughness on both sides of the ball. As a runner, Lamar is fearless in running right through the defenders, showing he is tougher than the guys across from him. Another attribute he indicates on film is his short-area quickness. 1-on-1 in the open field, I am taking Lamar over the defender. I like him at RB and LB, and you could not go wrong either way.
