Mark Rowland Mark Rowland 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Boone Grove | 2025 State IN – Boone Grove – QB – 6’0″ 170lbs – 2025
Rowland hasn’t just taken a big step in development this year, but he’s turned the corner so much that it’s hard not to talk about what he’s doing on the field. He’s smooth, comfortable, and has a nice release. Last year, my biggest knack of him was confidence and consistency. Both of which, he’s showing a ton of this year. He’s hanging in the pocket and delivering balls with pinpoint accuracy when pressure is coming down the barrel. He’s throwing with anticipation and not making many mistakes. He’s completing 67% of his throws and has 1800 passing yards and 19 TDs in 7 games. He’s added 303 yards and 6 TDs on the ground. Rowland is someone I had my questions about, but he’s quickly deleted those this year.

Lebron Hill Lebron Hill 6'5" | 180 lbs | WR Morton | 2025 State IN – Morton – WR – 6’5″ 180lbs – 2025
Hill isn’t going to be hidden for much longer. I came across him while looking at Harris’s tape yesterday. I saw this 6’5″ athletic freak on the outside blocking downfield so I was curious and wrote his name down to comeback. I’m glad I did because Hill has all the makings to be a superstar. He’s obviously tall, but it’s his athletic ability that comes with the frame that makes him so loaded with potential. He’s able to fly down the field and is easily the fastest guy on the field. He can then jump out of the gym and go up and come down with just about any ball. Throw him on the outside and let him go to work. The way he plays feels very DK Metcalf-like to me. He’s no doubt a bit raw and only has put up a little over 250 yards and 4 TDs on the year, but he’s dripping with talent and potential. Whoever lands Hill has the chance to develop a special athlete and player.

Nizyi Davis Nizyi Davis 6'6" | 205 lbs | TE Lawrence Central | 2025 State IN – Lawrence Central – TE – 6’6″ 205lbs – 2025
Davis has 1 of the most impressive catches of the year, which just shows his potential. An incredible 1 handed grab in the back of the endzone with a defender right in his face. Davis just went up and over the defender and snagged the ball out of the air with his massive hand. He’s an incredible athlete who is built really well. He’s got the size you’d want to be on the end of the line, but with his receiving skills and ability to open up the field, it’s hard to pull him away from that part of the game. He’s got special written all over him, and his basketball background is big for his football game. You know he’s asked to post up a ton on the court, and he’s doing just that on the field. His vertical allows him to go up and over with ease. Along with that, he’s someone who could develop a full route tree and be a big piece of any offense. He’s got 27 catches, 385 yards, and the 1 TD on the year, but this is just the tip of the iceberg for Davis. Davis is someone who will shoot up boards much sooner rather than later.

Leo Boyd Leo Boyd 6'0" | 170 lbs | ATH Muncie Central | 2024 State IN – Muncie Central – ATH – 6’0″ 170lbs – 2024
Boyd is one of the most dynamic QBs in the state. I’ve got him listed at ATH because he’s not only played QB during his high school career. Oftentimes, he’s the best athlete on the field so they just want the ball in his hands as much as possible. The thing is, there’s a ton of potential with Boyd in the passing game if he can work on his mechanics and accuracy. He’s had a few incredible plays rolling to his left where he gets his shoulders around and chucks the ball 50 yards on a dime to his receiver for 6. However, his completion percentage and consistency in throwing the ball isn’t quite where you’d want it to be yet. In his first year playing QB he’s thrown for 570 yards and 5 TDs. He’s added 640 yards and 6 TDs on the ground, including a long of 80 yards. Boyd is a great athlete who is dynamic everywhere he plays on the field and could develop into 1 elite playmaker.
