Jackson Roybal: QB || 5’11 || 195lbs || West Jordan HS || c/o 2024
Roybal is an athletic player with a lean athletic build. Has a fast wind up delivery that has the arm strength to deliver the deep ball and hit the sideline. Accuracy to hit his target over the middle and mobility to avoid the rush and throw on the run. Roybal has the arm and skill set to play in a Spread Option offensive scheme at the next level. Be sure to keep him on your radar as the season continues.
MJ Taulafo: EDGE || 6’2 || 240lbs || Hunter HS || c/o 2024
Taulafo is an athletic prospect with a thick athletic build. Displays bend and burst to play along the LOS. Against the run, he plays with initial quickness to read and react at the LOS. Strength at the POA to get separation. As a pass rusher, he shows burst to get upfield and push the pocket as a power rusher. A sure tackler that can stop ball carriers at the LOS. Taulafo has already received an offer from local JUCO Snow College and looks to be a productive prospect along the interior at the next level. Keep an eye out for Taulafo as an intriguing prospect in the 5A class.
Siope Havea: DL || 6’0 || 230lbs || Hunter HS || c/o 2024
Havea is a tough physical prospect with a thick athletic build. Plays along the interior of the defensive line where he shows bend and burst to play the position. Against the run, he plays with initial quickness to read and react at the LOS. Strength at the POA and hand speed to recognize and shed blocks to make the tackle. As a pass rusher, he shows burst to get upfield and push the pocket. Has pursuit to chase down ball carriers from snap to whistle. Any college that will get Havea in their strength and conditioning program to put on more size will get an productive interior prospect.
Dimitri Lovio Dimitri Lovio 6'0" | 170 lbs | DB West Jordan | 2024 State UT : DB || 6’0 || 165lbs || West Jordan HS || c/o 2024
Lovio is an athletic prospect with a lean athletic build that plays the Cornerback position in the Jaguar’s defense. Has a smooth back pedal and fluid hips to play the position. Shows physicality in run support and ball skills to track and judge the ball in flight. Competed well against the Wolverine’s productive receivers and also plays Special Teams. Any program that will help develop Lovio in the weight room will get a productive prospect in the secondary.
Kenyon Paea: HB || 5’8 || 182lbs || Hunter HS || c/o 2024
Paea is an athletic prospect with a lean athletic build. Plays with an explosive start off the snap. Can pick, slide, and accelerate to the hole to run between the tackles. Gets behind his shoulder pads in scoring or short yardage. Has balance to bounce off tacklers and elusiveness to make tacklers miss. Paea is being heavily recruited for Rugby, so any college program that can develop him by adding more bulk to his frame will get productive prospect in the backfield.
