I am listing the players who’s stat line stood out, who people recommended, and players who either I watched live or was able to watch highlights from their specific game. For the best chance to be featured, send me your weekly film on twitter. My handle is “@DevinRecord”, please don’t have any hard feelings if you weren’t included.
Jackson Miller
Jackson Miller
Jackson is a beast on the football field. He is productive on both sides of the ball and has a very high motor. He gets involved in the play often, disrupting offensive lines every week. Miller has great size and amazing speed for his position. He has been gathering interest from colleges and should get more before the season is over. During week 2 he had 5 tackles, 4 of them being for loss and having a sack on the night too.

Victor is a MONSTER. He has a huge frame and is a match-up nightmare for opposing teams. He is very strong, being able to power through offensive lines. Victor is still only a junior, but should have more looks from coaches at the next level. During week 2 he had 4 tackles, 2 being for loss. He also contributed 1 sack, a fumble recovery, and 6 quarterback pressures.
Owen Purtteman
Owen Purtteman
Owen produces each and every week. He plays hard no matter what and has a very high motor on the field. He goes to a small school, so he is flying under the radar a lot. He has a ton of natural talent, having a great feel for the game. He has great speed off the line and was getting in the backfield often during week. He is a player who coaches should keep an eye on for the rest of the season.
Dylan is a big part of this Ferris HS, being a team captain and a massive part of the offensive and defensive lines. He was all league last year as a junior and could very well achieve that accolade once again. During week 2, he was getting in the backfield often, causing havoc for the quarterback and running backs on the team. He contributed 4 tackles for loss along with half a sack on the night.
