Some coaches are looking for a new stat app to use, and some are keeping stats the old-fashioned way —by hand. That way still works for me when I am at a game.
Anyway, two days after the first games and stats are few and far between, but I have discovered 10 players in Kansas so far who rushed for 100 yards or more in week one games played on September 1.
I will keep researching and if a team has stats they want to share, feel free to send me a message online @KSScoutDeck or via email at deckscoutks@gmail.com. Even if it is just to tell me where I can find stats for your team it would be appreciated.

Brusven was the featured back in the game I scouted this week. He finished the night with 190 yards rushing on 39 carries. His strength is that his legs never stop moving and he gains yards after contact.

Bohannon is a special talent who will be written about plenty often over the next three years. He rushed for 109 yards in the Grizzlies season opener against Bishop Carroll.
Jack Bloom, RB, 6’0”, 185, Seaman, ‘24
Bloom rushed for 101 yards against Topeka West in the Vikings season opener. Bloom is a bigger-sized running back. It will be interesting to see how many carries a game he gets as the season progresses.
