One of the best parts of the weekend during football season is the several tapes that we get mentioned on or DM’d to us on Twitter. This gives us an opportunity to stay up to date with how players are doing on a weekly basis. I decided to do a quick article breaking down a few of the game tapes that were sent after week 4. Some are weekly tapes and some tapes include the first 4 weeks of the season.
Check out these players that balled out in Week 4.
Pierre Allen Jr Pierre Allen Jr 6'3" | 215 lbs | DL Lincoln Southeast | 2025 State NE . | 2025 | DL/EDGE | Lincoln Southeast | 6’3″ 210 lbs
One of the top prospects in the 2025 cycle, Pierre Allen Jr Pierre Allen Jr 6'3" | 215 lbs | DL Lincoln Southeast | 2025 State NE , has been back to his backfield terrorizing ways. His stats on MaxPreps show him recording 22 tackles and a forced fumble, but watching his tape you see several TFLs and plays where Pierre’s impact goes deeper than the stats. Pierre’s quickness off the ball stands out right away with an explosive get-off and instantly using his hands to win at the line of scrimmage. I really like Pierre’s upside as a pass-rusher as he does a great job generating pressure with his speed and crazy bend when rushing off the edge. He can shed blocks with ease and has excellent tracking ability/range to hunt down the ball carrier. Allen is also an elite run-defender who plays his gaps very well and is a sure tackler when he gets to the ball, might even get his hands in there to spring the ball loose. Several P5 schools have already started to take notice of Pierre’s talent and massive potential.
Jase Reynolds Jase Reynolds 6'2" | 175 lbs | LB Elkhorn North | 2026 State NE | 2026 | OLB/ATH | Elkhorn North | 6’3″ 165 lbs
Elkhorn North’s Jase Reynolds Jase Reynolds 6'2" | 175 lbs | LB Elkhorn North | 2026 State NE has continued to prove himself as one of the top prospects in his class. When watching Jase’s tape, the thing that stands out the most is his versatility on defense. He fills several roles on defense from his listed outside linebacker spot, to defending the edge, and playing a nickelback role in coverage. Jase was especially impressive with his ability to maintain the edge to sniff out outside runs and scrambling QBs. Reynolds does a solid job in coverage, showing a great break on the ball, fluid hips, and is very willing to tackle when he gets to the ball. Jase is also a key part of the offense, providing another elite target that can create separation and is great after the catch. Very good blocker as well— an asset in the run game! Jump on this sophomore ASAP!
Jaymison Cattau Jaymison Cattau 6'4" | 180 lbs | WR Cedar Catholic | 2025 State NE | 2025 | WR/ATH | Cedar Catholic | 6’4″ 180 lbs
Junior Jaymison Cattau Jaymison Cattau 6'4" | 180 lbs | WR Cedar Catholic | 2025 State NE played a key role in helping Cedar Catholic get back on track with a win over Logan View in week 4. Jaymison got the job done on both sides of the ball hauling in 5 receptions for 90 yards, a touchdown, and 5 tackles on defense. Jaymison is a tall, lengthy receiver that has shown the ability to line up outside or inside, and depending on how his frame continues to fill out, could be a flex TE. He does a great job elevating above defenders to win the jump ball at the high point. Cattau knows how to find soft spots in coverage and can improvise a bit to create a target for his QB. Good blocking on the perimeter! Keep a close eye on Jaymison!
Kenny Quinteros Kenny Quinteros 6'0" | 250 lbs | OL Kearney | 2024 State NE | 2024 | OL/C | Kearney | 6’0″ 240 lbs
Jumping to a 4-0 start and fresh off a big win against Bellevue West, Kenny Quinteros Kenny Quinteros 6'0" | 250 lbs | OL Kearney | 2024 State NE has continued to improve week in and week out. Quinteros is the starting center for the Bearcats and has done a great job anchoring the offensive line. Quinteros’ overall quickness stood out on his tape, including his lateral mobility and ability to get to the second level. Kenny uses his natural leverage very well, keeping a consistent pad level and a strong lower body to drive defenders off their spots. Kenny’s physicality also shined on his tape, as he constantly looked for opportunities to finish his blocks in the dirt. Hidden gem OL!
