LaDamion Guyton LaDamion Guyton 6'3" | 215 lbs | DL Savannah Christian Preparatory | 2027 State GA – EDGE – Savannah Christian
A powerful young prospect who has really impressed in his first season on the EDGE, Guyton is one of the top young defenders not only in Savannah, but across the state of Georgia. He has a long, athletic frame at 6-foot-3 225-pounds with plenty of room to put on more weight and muscle over the next few years. An explosive pass-rusher, Guyton earned an offer from the Georgia Bulldogs over the summer and saw a new SEC offer come his way this week from the South Carolina Gamecocks. Guyton’s size and natural athleticism are easy to see, and he’s already made a major impact through his first few high school games. He’s at impact defender with 5-star potential, so look for the offers to keep rolling in.
Jahnai “Batman” Weaver – WR – Westlake
An explosive player who can play running back and wide receiver, Weaver is off to a dynamic freshman season for Westlake with hopes of getting up to the varsity level sooner than later. He camped this summer at the University of Georgia, and he was a young prospect the staff had their eyes on. After a blazing start to the team thanks to his speed and natural playmaking ability, Weaver has now earned an offer from the in-state Bulldogs. He’s a little on the smaller side this second, but he still has a few years to add more weight and muscle. What’s easy to notice is his electric style of play, and if he keeps it up, should see plenty of new offers come his way soon.
Alex Payne Alex Payne 6'5" | 265 lbs | OL Gainesville | 2025 State GA – OT – Gainesville
A talented offensive tackle with length and a physical style of play, Payne is one of the better OT prospects in North Georgia not only for the 2025 class, but across all classifications. The Gainesville tackle has really good size at 6-foot-5 275-pounds with plenty of room on his frame to add more mass and muscle. His length allows him to latch onto defenders, and when that happens, there’s not much a defender can do about it. He plays with a mean streak and will keep blocking until the whistle. He has an impressive offer list already, and he recently earned new offers from Penn State and Kansas. Look for his stock to continue to rise as his junior season progressed.
Jerome Bettis Jerome Bettis 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Woodward Academy | 2025 State GA – ATH – Woodward Academy
A big-bodied athlete and a promising pass-catcher out of Atlanta, it’s easy to see the potential in Bettis who is starting to see his stock rise on the recruiting trail. He may not have lit up the stat sheet last year at Westminster, but it’s been a strong start for Bettis as a junior this fall at Woodward Academy. The son of Hall-of-Fame running back Jerome Bettis Jerome Bettis 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Woodward Academy | 2025 State GA , the young Atlanta native has plenty of size at 6-foot-3 and 190-pounds. He shows quick feet and the ability to get open on his own down the field. Due to his size and toughness, he can be tough to bring down after the catch. He’s quick, but he also plays like a bigger, possession receiver with strong, reliable hands. The potential is easy to see and he’s bound for a true breakout junior season in 2023. Of course, thee offers are already starting to flow in, and he received another one this week from the Duke Blue Devils.
