Gavin Solitio – Stephen Decatur High School, Slot 5’8″ 160 lbs. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/14476190/638e0f960dc9ef0d24192b02
Gavin is the football player that any team would love to have. With his consistent playmaking ability, he is a game-changer who can go for 6 at any time during the game. Gavin is a great route runner and has a great ability to help his quarterback keep plays alive. He has so many traits that make him a phenomenal football player, here are a few that come to mind great leadership, great football IQ, mental toughness, and an insane desire to win. I asked his head coach Jake Coleman to describe him in a few words he said “Clutch, great hands, strong route runner, strong blocker, and the best football player I’ve ever coached”. Very high praise from someone who has been coaching for 20 years and shows how big of an X factor he is to this team.
Zyheem Collick Zyheem Collick 5'11" | 165 lbs | ATH Snow Hill | 2024 State MD – Snow Hill High School, ATH 5’11” 160lbs. http://www.hudl.com/v/2Jmib5
Don’t blink you might miss him. This guy is a burner running a 4.36 40-yard dash this summer at a prospect camp he is blazing fast! He will be a 4-year starter who will not only burn you on the sideline but will make you miss as well. As soon as this guy finds a lane he is gone, besides his speed he has great body control to make efficient cuts. It is hard to touch him let alone tackle him with 16 touchdowns last year it will be exciting to see what his stats look like by the end of the season. Per Snow Hill head coach Raheem Hammond “Zyheem has a high IQ for the game, great ball skills, and big play capabilities on any drive. His position is listed as an athlete because he can play anywhere on the field and do anything asked of him which shows how humble and how much of a leader he is to the program.
Nasir Holden – Parkside High School, RB 5’10” 170lbs. https://www.maxpreps.com/md/salisbury/parkside-rams/athletes/nasir-holden/media/videos/?careerid=4licpkjrpjvcc
Nasir is a tough hard-nose running back who will make a difference on the season for his team. He had over 1100 rushing yards and 8 touchdowns last season with 6 games of 100-plus yards rushing. He is a patient running back who doesn’t mind lowering his shoulder super excited to see what he does this season.
Takai Hugee – Wicomico High School, ATH. 5’9″ 155lbs. https://www.hudl.com/profile/16584742/takai-hugee
Takai is new to the Bayside conference but I think he will not go unnoticed after the first few games this guy is electric. Last year he played for the Delmar Wildcats and was their leading rusher. He played RB and slot which he showed how much of an x-factor he was to Delmar and now he is about to bring that same effect to the Bayside, During an interview coach James Mcmurdo said “Takai is awesome, he’s a competitor and that’s what I would say is my favorite thing about him is just how competitive he is.” Takai will be playing Quarterback this year which means that he will have multiple opportunities to make huge plays throughout each game, stay tuned in it will definitely be fun to watch.
Jace Hudson- James M. Bennett High School, WR, CB 6’1″ 155 lbs.
Jace is an athlete who is well-known for basketball and plans on bringing that success to the football team this year. As a 6 foot 1 wide receiver expect Jace to have some mismatches at the line, especially with his ability to highpoint the ball using his ridiculous vertical It will cause multiple double teams throughout the season.
