Ethan Barbour Ethan Barbour 6'3" | 215 lbs | TE Alpharetta | 2025 State GA – TE – Alpharetta
One of the top tight end prospects in American and the No. 2 TE prospect in Georgia for the 2025 class, Barbour is an outstanding pass-catching tight end with game-changing ability. At 6-foot-3 230-pounds, Barbour will bring his thick, promising frame and natural athleticism to the University of Georgia down the road. A crafty route-runner with good speed, Barbour is a vertical threat and someone who can make plays in the screen and short passing game. So far this season, Barbour has found the end-zone five times with the ability to score whenever he has the ball. He’s consistently the best players on the field and has a very bright future ahead of him. Barbour chose Georgia over Alabama, Ohio State, Auburn, and South Carolina.
Devin Smith Devin Smith 6'3" | 215 lbs | LB Brunswick | 2024 State GA – LB Brunswick
A versatile linebacker who can stop the run and attack the quarterback, Smith is one of the best linebackers you’ll find across South Georgia this year. After a solid junior season last fall, Smith’s recruitment really took off, picking up major D1 offers heading into his senior season. After plenty of visits, the tackling machine made his verbal commitment to the Kentucky Wildcats this week. A fast, aggressive linebacker who knows how to deliver a strong, sound tackle, Smith has a nose for the football and rarely misses a tackle in the open field. He shows natural instincts, can get sideline to sideline, and can fill thee gaps between the tackles as well. As a junior last fall, Smith made 63 tackles and 10 TFLs in nine games. He’s as good as it gets in Southeast Georgia, and he’s headed to the SEC to play at the next level. He’s ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 6 linebacker in Georgia according to the latest update.
Kobi Blackwell Kobi Blackwell 5'8" | 170 lbs | ATH Buford | 2024 State GA – ATH – Buford
A versatile weapon on offense both as a runner and a pass-catcher, Blackwell is a reliable option when the Wolves need a change of pace. He’s a shift runner who can elude defenders while showing the ability to help catch passes out of the backfield. At 5-foot-9 175-pounds, he’s not the biggest prospect the Wolves have, but he’s a consistent player who does his job. He sees the field well and shows good burst. A good athlete, Blackwell also brings the ability to play defense as well. He’s a well-rounded athlete who loves the game and loves to compete. Blackwell ended his recruitment this week, choosing to play for Buffalo over offers from UCONN, Charlotte, among others.
