Gibson Southern’s Offense Explodes in Week 3
Gibson Southern showed off their offensive weapons in Week 3. The offense was led by senior leaders QB Tanner Boyd Tanner Boyd 5'11" | 170 lbs | QB Gibson Southern | 2024 State IN and RB/WR Sean DeLong Sean DeLong 5'9" | 180 lbs | WR Gibson Southern | 2024 State IN . Tanner Boyd Tanner Boyd 5'11" | 170 lbs | QB Gibson Southern | 2024 State IN was perfect through air completing all 15 of his throws for 172 yards and 2 TDs. Tanner also had 6 carries for 42 yards and 1 TD. Sean DeLong Sean DeLong 5'9" | 180 lbs | WR Gibson Southern | 2024 State IN was a factor running the ball in Friday’s affair. Sean carried the ball 9 times for 107 yards and found the endzone 3 TDs. Beau Rose and Jack Rose were dominant on the defensive end. Beau had 6 tackles, 3 TFLs, and 3 sacks. Jack had 7 tackles, 3 TFLs, and 3 sacks. Gibson Southern will travel to Kentucky and play undefeated South Warren. Princeton will look for their first win against North Daviess on the road.
Hertiage Hills Remains Unbeaten
Hertiage Hills continues to dominant in the regular season. Braydon Durham Braydon Durham 6'0" | 195 lbs | LB Heritage Hills | 2024 State IN continues to dominate on both sides of the ball. On offense, the senior RB had 15 carries, 103 yards, and 1 TD. He continues to be productive on the defense and had 17 total tackles and 1 TFL on Friday. Junior RB Hunter Meredith Hunter Meredith 5'10" | 190 lbs | ATH Heritage | 2025 State IN helped the Patriots score twice on the ground on 9 carries and totaling 69 yards. Hertiage Hills will travel to South Spencer looking to improve their record to 4-0 on the season. Boonville will be at home against North Knox in Week 4 looking to break their losing streak.
Tell City’s Run Game Was on Display in Week 3
The Terry brothers of Tell City were in full force in Week 3. The twin duo totaled for more than 300 yards on Friday night. Junior RB Landon Terry carried the ball 10 times for 204 yards and 2 TDs. In my opinion, Landon Terry was Player of the Week in the PAC in Week 3. Junior RB Noah Terry Noah Terry 5'10" | 200 lbs | RB Tell City | 2025 IN had his share of the ball 14 times for 114 yards, 3 TDs and had team high 9 total tackles on the night. Keep an eye on the “Terry Twins” all season long because they are special! Tell City will be on the road at North Posey looking to beat undefeated Vikings in Week 4. Forest Park will be looking to get back to their winning ways in Week 4 against Tecumseh.
