As expected Douglas County West and Boone Central was in a competitive and close game. Ending in a 14-19 win for the Boone Central. The Cardinals were led by an insane run game by Parker Borer Parker Borer 5'10" | 180 lbs | RB Boone Central | 2024 State NE who had 29 carries for 189 yards and a touchdown. Ryker Wohlers Ryker Wohlers 6'2" | 165 lbs | DB DC West | 2024 State NE lead the Falcon’s in points catching 2 receptions one of them being a 15 yard touchdown. He also had an amazing kick return for another touchdown. In our second game was the complete opposite of the first game. The Millard South Patriots controlled the game from the very beginning. Dylan Kuhl Dylan Kuhl 6'0" | 195 lbs | LB Millard South | 2025 State NE had 2 interceptions along with a fumble recovery. One of those interceptions even a pick 6. Amarion Jackson Amarion Jackson 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR Millard South | 2026 State NE lead the Patriots in receiving with only 8 catches for 122 yards and 2 touchdowns. Millard South would give Gretna it’s first loss at home since 2020 38-7. Our final game was between Elkhorn and Skutt Catholic. Historically a classic Class-B game. Since 2020 the Antlers have dominated the series winning 3 straight. This year the Skyhawks got their revenge winning an 45-0.

Omaha North @ Omaha Central
Omaha North has had a successful season so far this year. Their only loss being a 3 point loss to Millard West in week 2. The rest of their games have been huge victories with at least 27 points in each game. The Vikings have used both rushing and passing this season to great success with 8 passing touchdowns and 10 rushing touchdowns. Jaron Cannon has led the Vikings on the ground dominating the gridiron with 584 yards and 5 touchdowns on his own. Kahlil Davis leads in receiving with 282 yards for 3 touchdowns. Tyson Terry Tyson Terry 6'2" | 270 lbs | DL Omaha North | 2025 State NE is one of their defensive highlights with 3 sacks a blocked field goal and 26 tackles. Omaha Central has had a back and fourth this season losing two games and winning two games. They have dominated this season and had an 11 point loss to Elkhorn South last week. BJ Newsome BJ Newsome 5'11" | 185 lbs | QB Omaha Central | 2026 State NE has been the main key to the Eagles Offense. He has had 56 passes for 836 yards and 9 touchdowns. One of the biggest games in Omaha and Its definitely going to be one of the top games of the season.

Millard West @ South Sioux City
After a close week one lost to their rival Millard South the Millard West Wildcats have done a great job at responding each week. Winning three straight since. Last season the Wildcats absolutely control the game against South Sioux City winning 63-0. South Sioux City would like to change the narrative from last year. The Cardinal’s only had 2 wins last season but this season they have already changed the stories. They are un defeated right now and they have scored at least 40 points per game prior to Week 5. Tony Palmer Tony Palmer 5'11" | 195 lbs | RB South Sioux City | 2025 State NE as led the Cardinals with 831 yards and 14 touchdowns. DJ Helms the quarterback has had a great year with 18 completions for 428 yards and 6 touchdowns. Along with that Helms has had 13 tackles with 10 TFLs and a fumble recovery.

Gross Catholic @ Ralston
Here we have another match up that has been played any times recently and is a consistent game in Class B football. The Gross Catholic Cougars vs the Ralston Rams. Gross comes into this game on a downward trend after going 2-0. They have lost the last two games and are definitely planning on taking their anger out on the field against Ralston. The Cougars mainly rely on quarterback Colby Duncan Colby Duncan 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Gross Catholic | 2024 State NE who prior to last week had 41 passes for 521 yards and 3 touchdowns. Ralston has had a good season winning their first two game before losing one to Blair and then winning an against Gretna East. The Ram’s Elijah Dutton-Burtin Elijah Dutton-Burtin QB Ralston | 2025 NE leads the Rams as of last week with 22 passes for a touchdown. Conner Brown Conner Brown 6'1" | 190 lbs | RB Ralston | 2025 State NE has led the rushing attack with 230 yards and 3 touchdowns.
