A back-and-forth fight between two of the perennial powerhouses of Class B football. It started with [player_tooltip player_id='675854' first='Justin' last='Witcofski'] intercepting it at the line. This interception led to Skutt scoring with a massive run by [player_tooltip player_id='250610' first='Colin' last='Pike']. Skyhawks would lead 7-0 at the end of the 1st quarter. The Badgers would eventually strike back with Ethan Roop intercepting the ball leading to [player_tooltip player_id='703717' first='Quinton' last='Archer'] punching it in for a Touchdown Leading to a tied game going into halftime. The Badgers and Skyhawks defenses kept dominating leading to a scoreless 3rd quarter. Skutt would drive down and attempt to score again but wouldn't make it into the endzone. Skutt would make a field goal. Later Jake Astuto would have an amazing catch leading to another field goal Skutt going up 13-10. With not much left in the game, Bennington would perfect the 2-minute drill. The game would go down to the wire with only seconds left for [player_tooltip player_id='1029587' first='Peyton' last='Sanmann'] would take a keeper to the outside and punch it in to win the game 14-10.

Top Players of the Game

WR Elliot Anderson Class of 2025

Elliot had a great game against the Skyhawks having 4 catches going for about 85 yards in total receptions. A solid game Anderson will continue to have a good season. Quinton had 16 carries for about 60 yards and a touchdown. Along with that, he had 3 catches for 50 yards receiving. Last season he had a great year rushing for 318 yards for 3 touchdowns. Quinton had a huge start to his year and I think he's going to be one of the top backs in Class B.

https://twitter.com/jedidiahrhardy/status/1695238341082431900?s=20

DL/OL [player_tooltip player_id='675854' first='Justin' last='Witcofski'] Class of 2024

Justin had an elite game with his interception early.
