The Bruins will look to get better after finishing 7th in region 7. With their first year in the 4A class, they have enough talent to turn things around. Quarterback Sei lotoa Lesa is a duel threat player that will look to get things going on offense along with wide receiver Kalvin Floyd, who was the Bruins leader in receiving yards. On defense, Defensive End Micheal Earnest had been productive last season and will to continue that this season.
Payson Lions:
The Lions shocked a lot of people after finishing 3rd in region 7. Now that they are in 4A they should finish at the top with the returning prospects they have.Quarterback Kade Edwards will be surrounded with good talent at the receiver position with Dylan Wall and Cooper Swasey Cooper Swasey 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Payson | 2024 State UT . On defense, the Lion’s front four on the defensive line will be fun to watch led by Defensive End Owen Cottle who was one of the top sack leaders in the state.
Provo Bulldogs:
The Bulldogs finished 3rd in region 9 and looks to be competitive with their first year in the 4A class. Running back Feitagai Lesa Feitagai Lesa 6'0" | 215 lbs | RB Provo | 2024 State UT and wide receiver Drew Deucher Drew Deucher 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR Provo | 2024 State UT are returning starters on offense and prospects to keep an eye on. On defense, the Bulldog’s secondary has talent with Siosaia Hifo Siosaia Hifo 5'8" | 170 lbs | DB Provo | 2025 State UT and Kyle Larsen Kyle Larsen 6'1" | 185 lbs | DB Provo | 2024 State UT where have been good ballhawks and open field tacklers.
