What we know about this recruit: Sept 2022- a top 20 junior running back in New England, is making his case to rise on our ranks through 3-4 games. My introduction to Bright in 2022 started off with some dominant play at linebacker, however, showing this kid is much more than just a bruising running back. Bright spent the first two weeks wreaking havoc on both sides of the football. Bright’s gap integrity and lane knowledge translates to both positions, Bright often knows where ball carriers are headed and has the lateral agility to meet kids in the hole or before it. TFLs, blocked punts, QB pressures, you name it, Bright has put it on tape from his LB spot. What really catches our eye is his blend of vision and toughness at running back. This kid isn’t the most physically imposing back you can find, yet any defensiver back better come prepared if they have their sights on Bright in the open field. He can run through you, or around you. He can be a factor in the passing game too. I only caught two of Bright’s tapes thus far, both impressed. Yet something tells me we have yet to see the best version of this young man. I’ll have my eyes peeled.
March 2023 – He is ranked as the #2 running back in New Hampshire and also the #15 ranked running back in the New England region. He attends Proctor Academy in New Hampshire.
A flexible running back with very good balance and body control who can escape tackles. This kid isn’t the most physically imposing back you can find, yet any defensive back better come prepared if they have their sights on Bright in the open field. He can run through you, or around you. He can be a factor in the passing game too. He is a bit on the shorter side of most RB’s but his athleticism and skill set, is surely one that can be described as being very productive.
Holds a offer from Univ of Rochester and has gained some Div 1 interest with Bryant College who has invited him to a Jr day. Also getting interest from St Anselm with another recent Jr. day Invite.
