6’7 245lb TE/DE, 4.0 GPA | The Taft School 2024
What we know about this recruit: April 2023 – rnHe is ranked as the #4 Tight-end in New England. He attends The Taft School in Connecticut.
He is so versatile with his size, he actually is being recruited on both offense Tight-End and a 3-Front Defensive-End. This defines his aggression that pops on his film. He displays soft hands with high level range and length. He catches the ball with ease and gets up field quickly for good YAC while finishing his runs with a low center of gravity and leaning forward into defenders. His body is lean and he surely has room for additional muscle growth and development.
May 2023 – Interest: Rice, UMASS, UCONN, UAB, Wake Forest, Duke, Temple, Rutgers, All High academic FBS, Ivy, Patriot
Offers: Army
Head Coaches Notes/Analysis: HUGE frame, natural pass catcher, great inline blocker. Started both ways for us. Also an excellent DE for a 3 down scheme. Versatile athlete- used as inline TE, Split WR and H Back. Runs very well 5.0 laser at UC Report and should run 4.8 hand at camps this summer, 4.47 pro agility shuttle. I suspect he will get offers from all of the Patriot League and Ivy league, but I think he is a Power 5 TE.
