Quarterback
Achilles Ringo | Little Rock Mills
This signal caller will be a game change for the Mills Rockets in 2023, Achilles Ringo impressed Redzone scouts at the Prospect Tour camps across the summer months. Redzone’s Rion Young notes he is a hungry individual with a lot of talent many other quarterbacks crave. Ringo concluded the 2022 season with 3,862 passing yards, 30 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions and has recently brought in offers from Arkansas Baptist and Central Missouri.
“Ringo is another quarterback I was impressed with today. He is a guy that came to learn. He has a very strong arm that helps him make throws most quarterbacks can’t make. Ringo has very good footwork as well. He is going to be a stud this season. Ringo is very coachable. “One of the most versatile prospects in the state of Arkansas will be playing this season for the Maumelle Hornets. Jointer does an excellent job allowing rushing lanes to develop. He has the speed and power mix needed to break tackles and get into the open field. Jointer has the potential to have a strong season in 2023. Austyn C Dendy Austyn C Dendy 6'2" | 195 lbs | RB Pine Bluff | 2024 State AR is a top-tier talent in Arkansas who enjoyed a visit to Tulsa in late July. Dendy resembles a D-1 talent and will be a high-impact player for the Zebras this fall.
“The Pine Bluff running back mixes impressive power with good speed. He some built plenty of recruiting momentum heading into the summer. The talented Pine Bluff Zebra earned scholarship offers from Arkansas State and Michigan State this week. Dendy does a great job of breaking into the open field and is a nightmare to bring down. He can line up all over the field for the Pine Bluff Zebras this season. On the defensive side of the ball, Brentley Jr. is a corner back that uses his hands well to jam opposing wide receivers. He does an impressive job of playing the ball while it is in the air. Brentley Jr. is not afraid to deliver a hit and step up to bring down the ball carrier. Octavious Rhodes Octavious Rhodes 6'3" | 170 lbs | WR Hot Springs | 2024 State AR has dwindled his college choices to three following a successful recruiting period for the star wideout. Recently Rhodes released Arkansas, Northwest Missouri State, and Jackson State to be his final three choices. Just before releasing his top three, Rhodes took a visit to UNLV.

He is an extremely shifty wide receiver and can work his way out of tackles with impressive consistency. Over the past few weeks, Rhodes has earned scholarship offers from Central Arkansas and Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Rhodes is a wide receiver to watch out for over the next couple of months. At 6-5 and weighing 295, Chris McCoy Chris McCoy 6'5" | 310 lbs | OL Camden Fairview | 2024 State AR gives the Camden Fairview Cardinals a stout anchor on the offensive line. McCoy has been offered by the UA-Monticello and will use his senior year to generate more interest.

Landon Morgan Landon Morgan 6'1" | 275 lbs | OL Camden Fairviw | 2024 State AR is another talent at Camden Fairview who has stayed busy providing scouts with plenty of looks at his abilities inside the trenches. Morgan has attended camps this summer at SEMO, the University of Arkansas, UCA, and Ouachita Baptist, not to mention his offer from UA Monticello. Redzone’s Tom Tabler points out below that Morgan is very efficient in his productivity on the offensive line.
“An offensive lineman in the class of 2024 to watch out for is Landon Morgan Landon Morgan 6'1" | 275 lbs | OL Camden Fairviw | 2024 State AR with Camden Fairview. Last season, Morgan had a dominating performance working on the Cardinal offensive line. He racked up 28 pancake blocks on the season and ended the season with a 95% blocking percentage on the season. Morgan uses his quickness well to sustain his blocks. This defensive lineman can play all over defensive formations while making an impact in the open field, interior holes, and hold the edges. Isaac Wallis Isaac Wallis 6'3" | DL Batesville Southside | 2024 State AR just earned his latest offers from Arkansas Tech and Ouachita Baptist while enjoying a visit to Troy. Look for Wallis to end the year near the top of tackles and sacks for the 5A this season.

He plays the edge rusher position in impressive fashion. Wallis can use his power to defeat blocks. Meanwhile, Wallis can mix his power rush with good speed and disrupt the quarterback’s passing ability. This is a defensive lineman who attracts double teams regularly and is a player circled by opposing teams week to week. Martin also raked in offers from numerous schools including Memphis and Austin Peay.

The Pine Bluff Zebras always have a talented roster, and this season does not appear to be any different. For the Pioneers this season Foree will have a Swiss army knife feel as he serves as the leader of the defensive unit while playing the leading wide out on the offensive side of the ball this season.

Hayes has received great feedback from his performances at numerous camps including UAPB, UAB, Arkansas State, and UCA. Headed into his junior season, expectations are beginning to grow.
