Kobby Sakyi-Prah Kobby Sakyi-Prah 6'3" | 225 lbs | DL Roswell | 2024 State GA – Roswell
One of the top overall defenders in the 2025 class and across the 6A classification, Sakyi-Prah is a playmaking EDGE defender with an incredibly high ceiling. He’s still somewhat new to the game, but his athleticism and overall potential is easy to see. After an outstanding sophomore season last year where he made 89 tackles, 11 TFLs, and nine sacks, the junior is ready to get on the field and have a big season. He already holds an impressive offer list that includes Minnesota, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville and more, the Roswell Hornet earned his biggest offer to date this week from the Southern California Trojans. Whether he’s line up inside or on the edge, if he’s not blocked properly, he’s going to make a big play in the backfield. An impressive pass-rusher who can also be disruptive against the run, it’s clear his best football is still way ahead of him. Look for the offers to keep rolling in.
James Johnson James Johnson 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Douglas County | 2025 State GA – WR – Douglas County
One of the top two-way payers west of Atlanta, Johnson is a playmaking machine at both wide receiver and defensive back. He’s coming off an off-season where he saw his recruitment take off, earning offers from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Duke, Boston College, Pittsburgh, among others. After a big week one performance where he caught five passes for 66 yards and one touchdown, along with 10 tackles and a pass breakup on defense, the 6-foot-0 175-pounder from Douglasvile earned a new offer this week from the Missouri Tigers. As a prospect, Johnson is a smooth runner who can get open down field and make plays behind a defense. He can change directions well and showed easy D1-caliber hands and overall playmaking ability. He plays bigger than his size and showed to be tough to bring down once he gets rolling down the field. As a sophomore, Johnson caught 31 passes for 614 yards and three touchdowns. Look for those numbers to increase as a junior this year.
Jatorian Blackmon – OT – Troup County
A top West Georgia lineman to know in Troup County, Blackmon is a promising left tackle with plenty of raw power and the ability to open up big holes in the run game. He’s big, wide, and has a thick 6-foot-4 315-pound frame that allows him to physically dominate his opponents on a regular basis. He’s blown up a little on the recruiting trail, and he added another offer recently from the Missouri Tigers. He fires off the ball in the run game while showing quick feet for his size. He can play in space and drive defenders into the ground. was easy to notice last year and showed easy D1 potential. A pancake machine, Blackmon’s best football is still aheads of him, and with another big season as a junior, Blackmon could start flying up the rankings in the 2025 class.
Tavaris Dice Tavaris Dice 6'5" | 280 lbs | OL Langston Hughes | 2025 State GA – Langston Hughes
One of the hottest offensive linemen in Atlanta, Dice was an absolute bully last season for Tri-Cities, but now he’s with the mighty Langston Hughes Panthers, arguably the top overall team in the state. He’s big and physical at 6-foot-5 280-pounds with room to keep adding weight. He’s quick off the line and consistently drives defenders backwards. He’s physical at the point of attack and can really thrive in the run game as he continues to progress as a pass protector. He flashes easy Power Five talent, and he recently earned a new offer from the Southern California Trojans. With his lean frame, balanced base, and impressive footwork, Dice is another lineman whose stock should continue to rise. He also holds offers from Florida, Georgia, Auburn, LSU, among others.
