Greene Co is lucky to have this guy on their team. He is not one of the most talked about 2025 quarterbacks, but he knows how to get the job done on the field. He is a guy that will definitely be playing on the next level one day. In their first game, he was 28-45 with over 290 yards passing. He was throwing the ball a lot, and they were not just short passes. That’s what makes him a guy to know. He will have a big test this week against local rival George Co. That should be a very big game
Xavier Hunt
Hunt is now 2-0 against the juggernaut West Point Green Wave football team. This young man started off the season hot again. He was moving around making a lot of plays happen with his feet last game. That is something we did not see a lot from him last year. We are expecting to see him run the ball a lot this season. Hunt was also very accurate with his arm. Hunt is a guy that I plan on seeing play a few times this season. He threw two touchdown passes in their first game last week. He is a player that we need to keep up with.
Davis and his squad started the season off beating Vicksburg 25-0. A lot of people did not expect their game to go this way. He was looking very good in their first game. Davis is a very accurate quarterback that is always putting the ball on the money. Holmes Co Central is very lucky to have this guy on the team calling the shots for their squad. We are in for a great season of watching him do big things. He is going to follow up on that big season he had last year.
Taylor and his squad did not win their first game, but he was on point. Taylor is going to have a very big season. He is looking forward to being able to finish the season this year. Taylor is a guy that has been starting since his freshman season, but he has not completed a season yet due to injuries. He is a dog that turned is team up soon as he came back on the field last season. Taylor also led his guys to a state tiel appearance last season. He played a very stout 7A defense from Starkville this past Friday.
