The Hawthorne product is a smaller back but runs with a purpose. He is a hard nosed runner and gets a thrill from lowering his shoulders to deliver the hit to defenders. Cormac can take a hit, bounce off, and keep on trucking. The great thing about Cormac too is he has the speed to get to the edge and turn up field for a big play. While he isn't the fastest of players, his acceleration gets him out of sticky situations and into open field very quickly. He is extremely explosive and has a quick burst off of the line that catches cornerbacks off guard. Once the ball is in Josh's hands, he is eager to make guys miss. With 42 total tackles and 7 sacks on the season in 2022, QB's got very familiar with Logan with how much time he spent in the backfield bringing the pressure. As an edge rusher, Logan is very quick off of the line and explodes from a low, leveraged position. He was able to bring pressure on the QB almost as soon as the ball was snapped. Logan is also quick to shed the blocker and square up with the runner when heading his direction. He was also able to main his position on the outside and prevent the runner from getting around him. He even has enough speed to chase them to the sideline and prevent them from turning up field. With another off season under his belt, Sean will be entering this season with even more strength and size, making it very difficult for defenders to bring him to the ground.
