Bellarmine Prep: Dawson Hedrick c/o 2025. Dawson has great size standing at 6’0″ and weighing roughly 200 pounds. He has a big arm and a ton of potential on the football field. When sitting in the pocket, he is calm and collective as he waits for his receivers to run their routes before he hits them while they are going full speed. I’m really excited to see the growth that Dawson has taken.
Bethel HS: Vashon Igitol c/o 2025 or Evan Barnes c/o 2026. Evan Barnes was the starting quarterback last year and showed improvement as the season went along. They played a lot of teams tough but went through some learning curves with a freshman QB starting. From what I am hearing from players on the team, Vashon is also in the competition to be the starter for the Bison.
Curtis HS: Rocco Koch Rocco Koch 6'2" | 185 lbs | ATH Curtis | 2024 State WA c/o 2024. Rocco is one of the top overall athletes in the entire conference. He is electric on the football field and makes plays with his arm and his legs. He is a fantastic leader that is respected well by his teammates. He is the type of player to elevate everyone around him just with his energy and high football IQ. I’m excited to watch Koch this year.
Emerald Ridge HS: Jake Schakel Jake Schakel 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Emerald Ridge | 2024 State WA c/o 2024. Jake is arguably the top quarterback in the entire 2024 class in the state of Washington. Jake makes fantastic throws while sitting inside the pocket but can also roll out to either side and deliver great balls to his stacked WR core. He is going to have a massive senior year then head to Eastern Washington to continue his football career.
Graham-Kapowsin HS: Daveon Superales Daveon Superales 5'11" | 175 lbs | QB Graham-Kapowsin | 2024 State WA c/o 2024. Daveon is a fantastic quarterback for this squad. His arm has always been solid when it comes to strength but he has been improving quite a bit with his accuracy. He arguably has the best group of targets around him with many Division 1 guys to get the ball too. He has the talent to play Division 1 football in my eyes and a big senior year should put him on the map for bigger schools to take a look at him.
Olympia HS: Drew Carlson Drew Carlson 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Olympia | 2024 State WA c/o 2024. Olympia will be an interesting team to watch during this season, especially at the beginning part. Their starter coming into the season, Cam Downing (’25), unfortunately got injured during camp. The Bears will look to Drew Carlson Drew Carlson 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Olympia | 2024 State WA (’24), arguably the leagues top WR’s last year, to take over. Carlson is ready for the challenge after his dominating year.
Puyallup HS: Kaden Rolfsness Kaden Rolfsness 6'3" | 225 lbs | ATH Puyallup | 2025 State WA c/o 2025. Kaden is a player who is going to take a MASSIVE jump from last season. He was a great sophomore year but will be even more impressive during his junior year and should sky rocket on coaches radars. He stands at 6’3″, weighing 215 pounds. He’s extremely strong, being hard to take down. With all the targets he has, he will put up big numbers this year.
Rogers HS: Rashard Boone c/o 2026. Rashard was a freshman last year but did get some playing time at the varsity level. With the school bringing in new coaches, specifically a new offensive coordinator, we could see a new dynamic offense for this squad. Boone has a big, accurate arm and stands confident in the pocket and delivers great balls to his target. He is one to watch over the coming years.
South Kitsap HS: Jorden Lee c/o 2024. South Kitsap has a brand new coach coming in, hoping to change the culture. He will display a new offensive scheme, meaning Lee will make the transition from running back to play-caller in the backfield. He will be a threat with the ball in his hands and he is scrambling, especially after running for over 700 yards last year. It will be interesting to see how he can deliver passes to his targets.
Sumner HS: Tristen Rebar Tristen Rebar 5'10" | 190 lbs | QB Sumner | 2024 State WA c/o 2024. Tristen goes under the radar a bit for how good Sumner is as a team. He is slept on by many people within the state and coaches around the country. He isn’t the biggest quarterback but has a quick release that is effective off a quick 2 step drop in the pocket. He is dangerous on his feet as well, being able to scramble to either side and gain yardage if the defense gives it to him. He is a great leader on this team and should help Sumner get far this season.
