Whats been said: March 2023 – Here’s a 2023 reclass formerly out of Boston College HS. At BCHS, Julian Pollard Julian Pollard 6’3″ | 240 lbs | DL St. George’s School | 2024 State New E carried a much slimmer, 215-pound build that worked for him well. Now, reclassed at St. George’s School in Rhode Island, Pollard looks like a different animal. His tape weight was at 240 pounds, he now boasts a 6’4, 255-pound frame. Pollard’s weight gain has flowed throughout his body, not just belly fat he’s added on. He still looks good for his size. He’s now that much stronger and has transitioned to show off a much more powerful side of his game. His junior tape leaves a lot to be desired, however. There are two minutes of fabulous tape, if he can make that four-five plus minutes of production, I’d feel much more comfortable plugging him inside the top 200. Still, a fun prospect to watch, one that is on the rise.

August 2022 – During McCray’s sophomore season in 2021, he compiled 449 yards of offense at the WR position and 30 solo tackles on defense from the DE position. Those accolades earned him All ISL Honors and All NEPSAC honorable mention as a sophomore. His film shows he has a high ceiling as he will likely get much bigger faster and stronger before any colleges get him on their campus. He is a smooth rout runner thats gives a nice target to his qb. Solid hands are also visible. On defense he plays the edge well with a motor. He plays to the whistle and seems to always put himself in positions to make plays. He is currently ranked as our 4th best athlete in the 2024 from the New England region. A solid Jr season could be a breakout college interest year in 2022.

What’s been said: October 2022 – is positioned as a QB for his team. He brings good athleticism to the field of play. He can make accurate throws on the run. He is very mobile and can escape the pocket when needed to make plays with his feet of arm. He can change arm angles when needed. Command presence in the pocket is seen. He may experience the height concern from college programs, but overall he knows how to play the position. Has time to continue developing. Solid recruit.
