51. Jack Foley Jack Foley 6'4" | 205 lbs | WR Mt View | 2025 State OR 6-4 175 WR Mt View
Foley’s 20+ receptions for close to 300 yards and 3 TDs as a sophomore were just a glimpse of what he could do moving forward. He will be tough to stop in the IMC.
52. Noah Scharer Noah Scharer 6'0" | 195 lbs | LB South Salem | 2025 State OR 6-1 200 LB South Salem
One of the best baseball players in Oregon earned all-conference honors at LB in 2022. If he pursued football he could be one of the best defenders in the state.
53. Tanner Starbuck Tanner Starbuck 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB Stayton | 2025 State OR 5-10 170 DB Stayton
Starbuck will likely be a conference & state POY candidate at the 4A level in the coming seasons. He went for 400+ yards and 5 TDs offensively but really excelled on D, making 72 total tackles with 4 INTs as a sophomore.
54. Kellen Hicks Kellen Hicks 6'1" | 180 lbs | DB Mountainside | 2025 State OR 6-0 170 S Mountainside
Look for Hicks to be a 1st team all Metro Safety and potentially be influential on the offensive side of the ball as well. He came up clutch defensively on multiple occasions last year, with a key INT to the house against Lake O.
55. Tyler Newbury Tyler Newbury 6'1" | 180 lbs | ATH Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-1 180 ATH Central Catholic
One of the most versatile 25’s In Oregon. Newbury had a phenomenal sophomore year and could jump up this list quick, after going for 4 TDs with 40+ tackles defensively.
56. Colin Fratzke Colin Fratzke 6'5" | 260 lbs | DL Lakeridge | 2025 State OR 6-4 240 DE Lakeridge
Fratzke has had an impressive off season, putting on some legit size. One of the state’s top coaches Spencer Phillips speaks highly of him, as he will likely start at DE and play some tight end.
57. Max Nowlin Max Nowlin 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB Scappoose | 2025 State OR 6-4 185 QB Scappoose
What Nowlin did as a sophomore leader at QB last season speaks to his potential. He was clutch in helping the Indians to the state semi’s during the playoffs, throwing for over 1900 yards and 22 TDs/11 INTs on the year.
58. Jackson Farris Jackson Farris 6'2" | 225 lbs | RB Valley Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-2 225 OLB/RB Valley Catholic
The big man will once again be key for a much-improved Valiants group with playoff potential. Farris earned 1st team all-league honors as a freshman. Something incredibly rare regardless of the classification level.
59. Jackson Bell Jackson Bell 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Glencoe | 2024 OR 6-1 170 QB Sherwood
All things considered Bell was one of the most impressive QBs I saw all off season. He throws a great ball as the Bowmen will be in good shape whenever his turn comes.
60. Luke Baker Luke Baker 5'11" | 175 lbs | ATH Clackamas | 2025 State OR 5-11 170 QB Clackamas
This is a big get for Clack, with Baker making the transfer back to his home school from Central Catholic. He still has a lot to prove but he has looked the part thus far.
61. Trevin Laird Trevin Laird 6'2" | 200 lbs | DB Tigard | 2025 State OR 6-2 185 WR Tigard
Laird is a big, good-looking athlete, who should get his turn this season. The Tigers graduated a bunch of talented dudes from last year as he will have a chance to prove himself in the brutally tough TRL.
62. D’Marieon Gates D’Marieon Gates 5'8" | 160 lbs | ATH Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 5-7 150 ATH Central Catholic
The 1st team all PIL athlete made the move from Jeff after an outstanding sophomore season. Look for Coach Pyne to use him in space and immediately have him in the mix among the top players in the Mt Hood.
63. Kane Sullivan Kane Sullivan 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB McMinnville | 2025 State OR 6-2 1856 QB McMinnville
Sullivan looked the part over the off season after an impressive sophomore year, where he passed for 12 TDs/3 INTs while averaging 6+ yards per carry. The Grizzlies have athletes and a real shot to compete in the Pacific.
64. Brigham Davis Brigham Davis 5'10" | 160 lbs | DB Lakeridge | 2025 State OR 5-10 160 DB Lakeridge
A brutal injury to Davis was unfortunate missing all of last season. He could project as one of the top skill kids in the state for his class if healthy.
65. Cade Vandiver Cade Vandiver 6'0" | 190 lbs | LB West Salem | 2025 State OR 6-0 190 LB West Salem
As noted, Cade is the son of former Ducks LB Chris VanDiver. He had a quiet sophomore year, with the Titans having a tough injury plagued season, and finishing an extremely uncharacteristic 1-8. Look for him to come back in a big way.
66. Antonio Aguilar Antonio Aguilar 6'3" | 220 lbs | DL Milwaukie | 2025 State OR 6-3 220 DL Milwaukie
The all-state D lineman had one of the better seasons of any sophomore in the state. The Mustangs are far from a traditional power, but Aguilar was outstanding.
67. Dontrell Betts Dontrell Betts 5'7" | 185 lbs | RB Roosevelt | 2025 State OR 5-7 185 RB Roosevelt
Betts had a breakout season earning 1st team all-league honors as a sophomore. He has the luxury of playing for head coach Ryan McCants who did well as a RB at Oregon State himself.
68. Damon Bossy Damon Bossy 6'1" | 255 lbs | DL South Salem | 2025 State OR 6-1 255 DE South Salem
One of the state’s breakout players this off season after starting as a sophomore. Bossy has reportedly been throwing people around like his name was Hatimu Letisi Hatimu Letisi 6'0" | 255 lbs | DL South Salem | 2024 State OR .
69. Sawyer Teeney Sawyer Teeney 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB Silverton | 2025 State OR 5-11 175 QB Silverton
Teeney has the potential of making a big jump up the rankings board. As a sophomore he hit on 64% of his passes, throwing 16 TDs/4 INTs. If the Foxes make a playoff run it will be because of him.
70. Evan Brenner Evan Brenner 6'3" | 220 lbs | LB Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-3 210 LB Central Catholic
I could see Brenner being one of Oregon’s breakout players of the year. He’s got great size and will be a part of one of the top teams on the west coast.
71. Miles Ott Miles Ott 6'1" | 190 lbs | LB Tigard | 2025 State OR 6-1 190 LB Tigard
Just an outstanding overall athlete. Ott can play some baseball and will be a big part of the future on the football field, with the Tigers featuring numerous young guys.
72. Jake White Jake White 6'0" | 180 lbs | RB Seaside | 2025 State OR 6-0 180 RB Seaside
White was impressive over the off season after going for 1000 yards and 20 TDs as a sophomore. Some may remember the name Alex Teubner who was a standout for Boise St last year and a graduate of Seaside. You just never know from a recruiting standpoint.
73. Cameron Nix Cameron Nix 6'1" | 200 lbs | LB North Medford | 2025 State OR 6-1 200 LB North Medford
Watch the film and you see Nix consistently in the right place. He had an unreal sophomore season, making 77 total tackles, with 18 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks.
74. Andrew (Drew) Hall Andrew (Drew) Hall 6'3" | 175 lbs | WR Cascade Christian | 2025 OR 6-3 175 WR/S Cascade Christian
The Oregon 3A POY in hoops is just a super talented overall athlete, impressing on both sides of the football as a sophomore. He will rank as one of the top receivers in the state, while excelling on D and finishing the season with 36 tackles and 5 INTs.
75. Jyce Jones Jyce Jones 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Sheldon | 2025 State OR 6-0 185 ATH Sheldon
Expect a big year out of Jyce as he should be one of the primary weapons on the perimeter. He had to wait his turn, which he did, with the Irish graduating a host of talented kids.
