The 2026 class is on the rise. It is sophomore season. It is time for them to start growing on up. Time to see this bunch start making some names in the recruiting department.

Mac McDaniel, Columbia (Miss), safety, 2026

McDaniel is a superstar that we have to keep his name flowing. The young man is steadily impressing people as he goes along. McDaniel is a guy that has a chance to be a great safety on the next level. He is a player that does a great job in open space. He is a player to know from Columbia Mississippi.

Adrian Perez, Baytown, LB, 2026

Perez is a defensive player out of Baytown HS in Texas. Perez has some good size and looks like he will continue to grow. We haven't seen much film on him, but we are hearing great things. Perez looks like a guy that is going to make a name for himself playing inside linebacker on the varsity level. He is one we will be keeping up with.

[player_tooltip player_id='921383' first='Kash' last='Courtney'], Carthage, 2025, OL

Courtney is a guy that stepped up to help his team win a state championship. He is a very big offensive lineman that should start seeing some division one attention soon. Courtney is a guy that is in good shape. He is a very strong offensive lineman that has no problem with bigger defensive linemen. If he continues to grow, he will be a tackle on the next level.

Tristan Keys, WR, Hattiesburg, WR

Keys is a guy that we are wanting people to go ahead and get ready to know. He will be wearing number 5 this season. I look forward to seeing him put up some big numbers this season. He is super athletic with great hands. He is also a guy that is very athletic. Keys has great speed and is explosive.

[player_tooltip player_id='402686' first='KJ' last='Edwards'], [player_tooltip player_id='691270' first='Braeden' last='Gregory'], [player_tooltip player_id='402110' first='Xzarion' last='Haynes'], [player_tooltip player_id='223933' first='Aiden' last='Knox'], [player_tooltip player_id='1865293' first='Marcus' last='Flowers'].

These are more guys to know this season. You may already know some of the players, but most of them haven't had the chance to really show what they can do on the varsity level. Now is their time. All of these guys are division one recruits. We are going to be sure to keep you informed with more underclassmen that are ready to make a big name for themselves.
