Tuscarora big time offensive lineman Fletcher Westphal Fletcher Westphal 6’8″ | 325 lbs | OL Tuscarora | 2024 State VA announced his commitment to the Florida Gators early last week. We have broken down his film previously but let me re-assure you that he will have an impact early for Billy Napier. Westphal had offers from all over the country and the SEC was not about to let him play out of conference. Auburn, Tennessee and Georgia made big time pushes, but it was the Gators who felt at home for the rising senior. This is a late but congrats to Fletcher and his family, cant wait to see him in blue and orange.

Green Run’s 4 star wide receiver is staying home as he announced this past Wednesday he will be committing to Virginia Tech. Another in state prospect that second year Head Coach Brent Pry has snagged, the Hokies momentum seems to be chugging right along. Pry’s debut season in Blacksburg did not go as anyone would have planned, but between some key returning starters and top notch recruits like Keylen Adams Keylen Adams 6’2″ | 185 lbs | WR Green Run | 2024 State VA , Virginia Tech is due for a bounceback.
South Lakes All Conference Tight End Colin Rutland Colin Rutland 6’6″ | 235 lbs | TE South Lakes | 2024 VA recruiting is starting to pick up some momentum. He recently just nabbed an offer from Morgan State and several FCS and FBS schools are starting to come calling. This young man is 6’6 with a 3.8 GPA, do not tell he could not star in the Patriot League for example. Happy to see his hard work paying off hopefully soon that will lead to more big time school offers.

Kameron Courtney
Kameron Courtney
I broke down this young man’s game this past spring, this was well before he picked up more FBS and FCS offers. Courtney had 12 touchdowns in Freedom’s state championship run last fall and may top that number in 2023. He will be announcing his college choice any minute now, with Indiana and North Carolina among the favorites:

Robert Boyd IV
We have reviewed this all star running back work before, but I wanted to remind everyone that one of the best backs in the state recruitment is still wide open! As I have stated Boyd is a workhorse and will help carry the Cosby Titans to the playoffs this fall. The honorable mention all conference from a year ago is also an outstanding student with a 3.8 GPA, put some respect on his name!
