26. Tyson Davis Tyson Davis 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Central Catholic | 2026 State OR 6-0 195 RB/LB Central Catholic
Davis has a stock which continues to rise coming from a talented family. He put together some impressive freshman film and will likely be a contributor for a Rams team that could be one of the best on the west coast.
27. MJ Kennybrew MJ Kennybrew 6'1" | 160 lbs | DB West Linn | 2026 State OR 6-1 160 DB/ATH West Linn
Kennybrew has good size and projects as one of the more versatile kids in the state for his class. With the Lions depth he might not play a primarily role as a sophomore but will in the future.
28. CD Nuno CD Nuno 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Philomath | 2026 State OR 6-2 180 WR Philomath
Most aren’t aware of Nuno yet playing 4A ball. He has legit size and speed and looked outstanding at the Polynesian Bowl Showcase and BYU camp in June.
29. Brennan Mesa Brennan Mesa 6'3" | 240 lbs | DL South Albany | 2026 State OR 6-3 225 TE/DE South Albany
South Albany overachieved last season and Mesa will be a big part of the program’s future. Look for him to be a factor as a sophomore potentially on both sides of the ball.
30. Asa Lundberg Asa Lundberg 6'1" | 175 lbs | DB Grant | 2026 State OR 6-1 175 DB Grant
Lundberg did well as part of Team Lillard and could be one of the top players in the PIL this season, projecting as a 1st team all-conference kid. I would not be surprised to see him make a big jump up the rankings board.
31. Yahkyll Noil Yahkyll Noil 6'2" | 225 lbs | LB Lakeridge | 2026 State OR 6-1 215 LB Lakeridge
Everyone is aware of the talent within the Noil family. Yahkyll got in the mix as a freshman and should play a role for a Pacers team with the potential of being one of 6A best.
32. Isaac Reynoso Isaac Reynoso 6'1" | 185 lbs | LB Glencoe | 2026 State OR 6-1 180 LB Glencoe
Reynoso is a standout wrestler and another kid who could shoot up this list with continued progression. His upside is incredibly high coming from a football family with D1 genes.
33. Hudson Kurland Hudson Kurland 6'4" | 200 lbs | QB Lake Oswego | 2026 State OR 6-3 190 QB Sunset
Kurland will likely have to wait his turn playing behind 2nd team all-Metro QB Drew Nees Drew Nees 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Sunset | 2024 State OR . That being said he has great size and looked the part as a freshman.
34. Trenton Hertzog Trenton Hertzog 6'1" | 180 lbs | QB Tigard | 2026 State OR 6-1 180 QB Tigard
Just an outstanding overall athlete. Watch him on the baseball field and you see his overall arsenal of talents. The Tigers have some legit kids coming up with Hertzog potentially being that guy at QB.
35. Gavyn Welch Gavyn Welch 6'4" | 265 lbs | OL Oregon City | 2026 State OR 6-4 250 OL Oregon City
Look for Welch to play a key role on the line as a sophomore for a Pio’s program with top 10 potential. As most know he comes from a talented family with 6-5 brother Brayden Welch Brayden Welch 6'5" | 235 lbs | DL Oregon City | 2024 State OR being an all TRL athlete on both sides of the ball.
36. Roman Mallard Roman Mallard 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Jesuit | 2026 State OR 5-11 175 ATH Jesuit
The son of former Ducks standout Wesly Mallard who spent 7 years in the NFL. Roman has the potential of jumping up this list quick and being a factor for the Crusaders this year.
37. Talen Williams Talen Williams 6'1" | 185 lbs | WR South Salem | 2026 State OR 5-11 160 ATH South Salem
Look for Williams to be one of the top players in the Valley. He is the brother of two-way standout Parker Williams Parker Williams 5'10" | 175 lbs | DB South Salem | 2024 State OR . Depending on his progression and growth he could get some varsity time this season.
38. Viggo Anderson Viggo Anderson 5'6" | 160 lbs | RB West Linn | 2026 State OR 5-6 160 RB West Linn
Anderson showed up at a PRZ event over the off season and looked outstanding. He went down for the year early as a freshman with an injury, after having a short but impressive MVP type season at the JV level.
39. Owen Hagerman Owen Hagerman 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Tualatin | 2026 State OR 6-3 165 QB Tualatin
Hagerman is a talented overall athlete (baseball) with size who will be key to the T-Wolves future success. The biggest question mark comes with playing time, as 2025 standout Nolan Keeney Nolan Keeney 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Tualatin | 2025 State OR has two years left at QB.
40. Asante Mims Asante Mims 5'11" | 215 lbs | LB Hillsboro | 2026 State OR 5-11 225 OLB Hillsboro
Mims was one of the only freshman in the state to play a significant role for his team at the varsity level. He projects as a 1st or 2nd team all conference DE/OLB for the Spartans this coming season.
41. Lamar Stewart Lamar Stewart 6'2" | 240 lbs | DL Jefferson | 2026 OR 6-2 240 DL Jefferson
Stewart garnered 2nd team all PIL honors as a freshman. A feat very few 9th graders ever accomplish. Jeff was much improved last year but did have some of their top athlete’s transfer.
42. Owen Vance Owen Vance 6'1" | 190 lbs | LB Jesuit | 2026 State OR 6-1 190 LB Jesuit
One of the top lacrosse athletes in the region can also play some football. Vance has legit size and speed and will be one of the top players in the Metro League and potentially the state.
43. Brody Curtis Brody Curtis 6'3" | 290 lbs | DL Thurston | 2026 State OR 6-3 275 DL/OL Thurston
Curtis got some varsity time as a freshman for one of the better 5A programs in the state. He still has a long way to go but possesses the size and overall versatility to be one of Oregon’s top two-way lineman.
44. Joseph Janney Joseph Janney 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB Henley | 2026 State OR 6-0 170 QB Henley
Likely a future 4A Conference & State POY candidate. Janney throws a nice ball and runs as well as any QB in Oregon. Remember the name.
45. Carter Paul Carter Paul 6'7" | 260 lbs | OL Westview | 2026 State OR 6-5 255 OL Westview
You can’t teach the size. Paul is pushing 6-6 and will need to step up from a young age, for a Westview program who had a coaching change along with numerous athlete’s transfer.
46. Brison Edwards Brison Edwards 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Lebanon | 2026 State OR 6-1 165 ATH Lebanon
The three sport athlete projects as one of the top 5A players in Oregon for his class. He has the potential of playing a key role as a sophomore, for a Warriors team that features two of the top ranked players in the state in Hayden George Hayden George 6'4" | 235 lbs | TE Lebanon | 2024 State OR and Wyatt Wessel Wyatt Wessel 6'3" | 220 lbs | LB Lebanon | 2024 State OR l.
47. Lukas Babbitt Lukas Babbitt 6'0" | 205 lbs | LB Churchill | 2026 State OR 6-0 200 DB Springfield
There is a lot of excitement in Springfield right now for the upcoming season. Babbitt comes from a talented family and will likely start as a sophomore, after accounting for 9 TDs, 2 INTs, and 6 sacks at the JV level last year.
48. Caleb Perry Caleb Perry 5'11" | 175 lbs | ATH Barlow | 2026 State OR 5-11 160 ATH Barlow
The talented multi-sport athlete got varsity time and scored TDs as a freshman last season. The Bruins project as a potential top 10 team and Perry is a big part of the future.
49. Dylan Brower Dylan Brower 5'11" | 150 lbs | QB Clackamas | 2026 State OR 5-10 150 QB Clackamas
Brower will definitely have to put on some size. That being said the kid can play, thriving as part of Team Lillard and doing well in the Clack program.
50. Killian Sombe Killian Sombe 5'10" | 200 lbs | RB Central Catholic | 2026 State OR 5-10 195 RB Central Catholic
It wouldn’t surprise me to see Sombe jump twenty spots before the next rankings update. He has the CC folks excited after a successful freshman season at Westview the year prior.
