The Brookville Bees may have a lineman in Brice Lombardo Brice Lombardo 5’10” | 225 lbs | DL Brookville | 2026 State VA who can play both sides of the ball for them. Lombardo is ready to make an impact regardless if its on the offensive or defensive line. He has a great first step on the defensive line and is constantly in the backfield. Offensively is where I was most impressed, at his guard position his technique is solid and he already knows how to get to the second level on his blocks. This is a name to remember and plenty of reasons why we have him ranked in 118th overall.

I love the way McNeil closes in on every tackle, when he is sent on a blitz he fires through the hole like he was shot out of a cannon. The Great Bridge Wildcats have something special on their hands with this rising sophomore. He is a good running back for too, but where he will have a big impact this fall is at linebacker on defense. He is a bit undersized but he makes up for that with his closing speed and stellar tackling. Regardless if he is in the middle or on the outside, I cannot see one skill player beating him at the point of attack.
Yeah the Wolves have another star in Eli Moran Eli Moran 5’9″ | 175 lbs | LB St. John Paul Catholic | 2026 State VA , this kid is all over the field at both running back and corner. He has already made an impression with the varsity squad and he is a relentless tackling machine defensively. You can see his overall strength on tape which makes it no surprise that he is already squatting close to 400 lbs. and has maxed out on his bench at 220. The power and strength shows on both sides, offensively he is going to make defenders sore who try to tackle him. Defensively I see first team all conference honors in his near future, with his nose for the football he may have over 5 interceptions this fall.

Highlights
Kempsville linebacker Drew Ashbury Drew Ashbury 6’2″ | 210 lbs | LB Kempsville | 2026 State VA is well on his way to becoming a big time star for the Chiefs. You can see the work he is putting in in the link below, he looks like the real deal on film. A menacing presence at his middle linebacker position, the young man is very stout in both the run and passing game already. Ranked in our top 150 the kid deserved for his play not only at linebacker but on the offensive line too.

Stop me if you heard this before, but the Maury Commodores have another potential star in our rankings. Rising sophomore Corey Sanderlin Corey Sanderlin 6’0″ | 270 lbs | OL Maury | 2026 State VA is wreaking havoc at both guard and defensive tackle. Come this fall he is sure to be a name that opposing teams will fear. I love his work at guard, he is great at extending his arms once he has his opposing blocker locked in. One of the most underappreciated players in all of our class of 2026 rankings, Sanderlin has the tools and ability to play FBS level football. I can only imagine what a year worth of training will do for this young man, he looks the part already.
