Javion Vines-Holder Javion Vines-Holder 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB Vance County | 2025 NC – DB, 6’0″ 160 (No. 21 DB, Watchlist), Vance County HS. Javion displayed the ability to play with his head on a swivel and speed to close quickly while covering receivers. He displayed good use of arms and good technique, making it difficult to complete a pass against him. Javion finished last season with 39 total tackles, 29 which were solo tackles and 1 tackle for a loss. He is expected to continue his steady level of play during the upcoming season.
Kisaiah Harris Kisaiah Harris 5'8" | 160 lbs | DB Porter Ridge | 2025 NC – DB, 5’8″ 160 (No. 16 DB, Watchlist), Porter Ridge HS. Kisaiah displayed good technique on tackles made in the open field. He played with his head on a swivel and speed to close quickly while covering receivers. He finished last season with 29 total tackles, 26 which were solo tackles and 1 tackle for a loss. Kisaiah is expected to continue his steady level of play during the upcoming season.
Chaz Knox Chaz Knox 6'1" | 285 lbs | DL A.L. Brown | 2025 NC – DL, 6’1″ 265 (No. 23 DL, Watchlist), A.L. Brown HS. Chaz displayed good technique and good use of hands to control blockers while moving past them for stops. He moved well in tight spaces to shut down inside running plays. He finished last season with 60 total tackles, 15 which were solo tackles and 16 tackles for losses. Chaz is expected to continue his high level of play during the upcoming season.
Xavier Wilson Xavier Wilson 6'3" | 215 lbs | DL Eastern Guilford | 2025 NC – DL, 6’3″ 215 (No. 26 DL, Watchlist), Eastern Guilford HS. Xavier displayed good technique and good use of hands to control blockers while moving past them for stops. He was quick out of his stance to make contact with blockers while closing in on the ball carrier. He is expected to continue his steady level of play during the upcoming season.
Dontario Austin Dontario Austin 5'10" | 225 lbs | LB South View | 2025 NC – LB, 5’10” 215 (No. 24 LB, Watchlist), South View HS. Dontario displayed good lateral movement and speed to cover a lot of ground quickly to close in on the ball carrier for stops. He displayed good technique on tackles made in the open field. He finished last season with 65 total tackles, 12 which were solo tackles and 6 tackles for losses. Dontario is expected to continue his high level of play during the upcoming season.
Maurice Bowser Maurice Bowser 6'0" | 200 lbs | LB Northeastern | 2025 NC – LB, 6’0″ 190 (No. 26 LB, Watchlist), Northeastern HS. Maurice displayed good lateral movement and speed to cover ground quickly to close in on the ball carrier for stops. He displayed good technique on tackles made in the open field. He finished last season with 60 total tackles, 50 which were solo tackles. Maurice is expected to continue his high level of play during the upcoming season.
Caleb Scull Caleb Scull 5'11" | 250 lbs | OL Butler | 2025 NC – OL, 5’11” 250 (No. 32 OL, Watchlist), Butler HS. Caleb displayed good footwork and technique to control defenders while opening lanes for the running backs. He displayed the ability to maintain contact with defenders and drive-block them out of the play. He is expected to continue his steady level of play during the upcoming season.
Jackson Gaskill Jackson Gaskill 5'10" | 180 lbs | QB Manteo | 2025 NC – QB, 5’10” 180 (No. 32 QB, Watchlist), Manteo HS. Jackson displayed good arm strength and ball velocity on short range throws. He displayed the ability to gain yardage when he tucked it and ran while under pressure. He completed 30 passes for 355 yards and 2 TDs during last season. Jackson finished last season with 107 carries for 601 yards and 5 TDs. He is expected to continue his steady level of play during the upcoming season.
