Having a great time learning from some great coaches. We are going to take the time to break down the quarterbacks by classes. Yes, we were on the scene.
Samuel Stockett Samuel Stockett 6'0" | 150 lbs | QB MS , MRA
Stockett was the 2026 MVP. This young man has a beautiful spiral on his football. Stockett has some great size. He has a very strong arm. Stockett is an accurate quarterback that can make all the throws. He is going to be a division one quarterback. Stockett looks to even be a power five prospect. He is the back up to a very good 2024 Quarterback. I expect Stockett to have two full seasons in the future to do his thing.
Landry was very smooth yesterday. He is also very competitive. Landry is a vocal quarterback who is going to be a leader. He was very smooth when throwing the ball on the run yesterday. Landry does a great job of leading his receivers to the right spot. I expect him to be the starter for his varsity squad this season. He is going to make a lot of noise in Louisiana.
Braylen Williams Braylen Williams 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Nettleton | 2026 State MS , Nettleton
Williams is a stud. We all know that he can rock and roll with his feet. The question is how good is his arm? I’ll be the first to tell you that Williams is a dual threat quarterback. He is not an ATH. Williams was delivering some nice balls yesterday. He has gotten better everyday this summer. He is under the radar, but I expect him to have some offers rolling in soon.
Mitchell Grandjean, Oxford
Grandjean is another accurate young quarterback who was on the scene. Grandjean will trade snaps with his older brother this season. He is a guy that puts the ball on the spot. Grandjean was very impressive on the move yesterday. Soon as he gets some varsity reps he will see his stock rise. Grandjean is a next level quarterback with a lot of upsides. He has a quick release and a beautiful spiral.
Boss Colenberg
Colenberg has a strong accurate arm. He has some good footwork in the pocket. Colenberg is a guy that knows how to extend plays. He has some good ball placement even when he is on the move. Colenberg is under the radar as well. I think that will change for him in the near future. He is a guy to know.
