It was a nice turnout with about 150 prospects taking part in the camp. It was a great opportunity for me to get an up-close and in-person look at several prospects from the Keystone State that haven’t had the pleasure of watching before.
Here are my top performers at the quarterback position from the camp. Tomorrow, we’ll take a look at the rest of the offensive standouts.
The elite sized quarterback at 6-foot-6, 180-pounds physically stands out above the rest but from a performance perspective, it was a very good day for Pfeuffer on the Southside. Pfueffer has a nice smooth motion that can be quite effortless at times. His arrm strength is good as well and he puts a nice touch on his passes to all levels. It was the first time I’ve seen the 2025 signal caller and I was impressed quite a bit. He’s also a quiet athletic quarterback as well. Excited to see his development heading into his seinior year.
Another quarterback with very nice size, Zollers reported 6-foot-4 frame looks fairly accurate. It was once agian the first time I was seeing Zollers in person and came away impressed as well. The ball came out of his hand with a bit of a zip and showed solid accuracy throughout the day as well.
The Central York quarterback had a nice afternoon at the Pittsburgh camp. He appeared to have test well and then when it came to drills, he showed quality arm strength and accuracy. He may not be as polished of a passer as other quarterbacks but he shows a quality skillset overall.
The 2025 Kiski area quarterback showed why he has been receiving Division I looks. The lefty quarterback showed the abiltiy to make throws to all levels and had good ball placement throughout the afternoon. I was impressed by deep passes as well but probably shouldn’t be shocked considering his tape and what we’ve seen at PrepRedzone Camps. Looking forward to the next steps in his development.
