Here are some of the top returning Offensive and Defensive Lineman this season:
Johnson is one of the top players in the state regardless of position as the senior post multiple division one offers. Johnson has the unique ability to really bend for a player his size that allows him to play with great leverage. He has a quick first step that allows him to get to angles when he is blocking and has powerful hands that once they make contact with a defender allows him to take them for a ride when blocking. He has solid footwork in pass protection and is set to have a monster season to go along with his opportunity to play at the next level.
Nate Jordan

Jordan may play for small school Council but he plays with a big time motor and a ton of tenaciousness. He is your prototypical center in the middle that control everything from an offensive line standpoint. He has a mean streak in him that you love about offensive lineman that leads to pancake blocks but most of all he can really move for a player of his size. He is able to get to the next level and cut off linebackers to go along with his ability to anchor during his pass blocking. The all state selection will once again be in the running for best offensive lineman in the state regardless of class.
Degraw is everything you want at the defensive end position with his length and speed off the edge. Good thing Washington State thought the same thing as Degraw committed to the Cougars over the weekend. Standing at 6’6” he has excellent positional length for a defensive end but has the ability to really bend the corner which you dont see often in players that are his height. He has a variety of pass rush moves that allow him to impact the quarterback in the passing game but where we really liked his film was his ability to set the edge. Thats a rare ability that many with his skill dont often like to do when it comes to helping in the run game. He is near unblockable and will have a monster senior season for the Vikings.
Jones is a relative unknown by many around the state as a standout football player due to his success on the wrestling mat but people should really keep an eye on the defensive tackle from Mountain View. He play with tremendous pad level and is also impossible to move from his defensive tackle spot. He has some of most impressive plays we have seen on film when it comes to spliting and taking on doubles teams from offensive lineman. His lower half strength is impressive but he also has strong hands that allows him to disengage from offensive lineman. Keep an eye on the senior because he is going to make a name for himself this season.
