3 WELL-KNOWN RETURNERS
Kylan Billiot Kylan Billiot 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Terrebonne | 2024 State LA — 6-4, 185 WR — Terrebonne (2024)
and Quincey McKay — 6-2, 195 WR — Terrebonne (2025)
The Tigers have a good set of weapons at the disposal of young quarterback Owen Oliver Owen Oliver 5'8" | 165 lbs | QB Terrebonne | 2026 LA to help ease the rising sophomore’s transition to the helm of the offense. Billiot and McKay are two of the bayou parishes’ top prospects in their respective classes. Billiot, the dual-sport standout to also earn college basketball interest, has the potential to be among the state’s top 2024 receiver prospects with Tulane, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Georgia Tech, Arkansas State, Troy, Southern Miss, Nicholls State Southeastern Louisiana, Grambling State and Florida International among his offers. McKay, who transitioned into more of a slot role this spring, has offers from Troy, Nicholls State, ULM and Southern Miss.
Tydrick Stewart Tydrick Stewart 6'1" | 220 lbs | LB Terrebonne | 2024 State LA — 6-1, 220 LB/DL — Terrebonne (2024)
The edge rusher has been the Tigers’ highest-ranked defender in the class the past few Prep Redzone Louisiana updates and wrapped up a productive junior season this fall with 55 tackles, including 14 for loss and eight sacks. Stewart missed the bulk of the spring recovering from injury, but has been fully cleared and started hitting the camp circuit with early stops in Houston and at Tulane.
Talan Bingham Talan Bingham 6'3" | 315 lbs | DL Terrebonne | 2024 State LA — 6-3, 305 DL — Terrebonne (2024)
The big defensive tackle has been another Terrebonne defender on the Prep Redzone Louisiana rankings lists throughout their high school careers. And after playing this fall around 345 and 350 pounds, Bingham trimmed down to 305 this spring, said he felt better than ever and appeared to show a higher motor in the spring game with his lighter build. Northwestern State and Southeastern Louisiana recently extended his first offers.
2 BREAKOUT CANDIDATES
Alvin Celestin Alvin Celestin 5'9" | 155 lbs | ATH Terrebonne | 2026 State LA — 5-9, 155 ATH — Terrebonne (2026)
The speedy and versatile athlete earned all-district second-team honors as a freshman this fall and Troy, Arkansas and Georgia Tech offers this spring. Celestine gives the Tigers another dynamic running back with senior Jayce Johnson in the backfield and a receiving threat from anywhere on the field, as well as another quick, fluid cornerback and home-run threat in the return game.
Jalil Matthews — 5-11, 170 DB/LB — Terrebonne (2024)
Stewart, Bingham and versatile defensive back Gregory Harding Jr. were the three senior leaders on that side of the ball in the mix for consideration in the first section. But the Tigers have several other rising seniors expected to step into bigger roles or show notable progress this year on what should be a veteran and solid unit overall. Matthews moves from safety into the box as the team’s middle backer, said he’s loving being in the thick of the traffic and looked comfortable and impactful in the new role in the spring game. Cornerbacks Chartavius Clark and Kavon Garner were among other names to keep an eye on.
1 UNDERCLASSMAN TO KNOW
O’Ryan Mosley O’Ryan Mosley 6'3" | 295 lbs | OL Terrebonne | 2026 State LA — 6-3, 295 OL — Terrebonne (2026)
The aforementioned Celestine and Oliver are far from the only rising sophomores to know for big roles this fall for the Tigers. Mosley is expected to protect Oliver as one of the team’s starting tackles and coaches believe continue to develop into a Division-I talent.
