Sierra Canyon class of 2024 receiver Jaylen’Dai Sumlin Jaylen’Dai Sumlin 6’2″ | 185 lbs | WR Sierra Canyon | 2024 State CA announced his commitment to Stanford early last week.
He caught 10 passes for 126 yards and a pair of touchdowns for Sierra Canyon last season.
Sumlin chose Stanford over 9 other schools that offered him. He still has visits lined up for Boston College and Washington State later this month.
He is the third player from California in Stanford’s 2024 recruiting class, joining Chase Farrell Chase Farrell 5’11” | 175 lbs | WR Oaks Christian | 2024 State CA of Oaks Christian and Connor Bachhuber Connor Bachhuber 6’5″ | 250 lbs | DL San Clemente | 2024 State CA of San Clemente.

Mission Viejo cornerback Travis Anderson Travis Anderson 6’0″ | 175 lbs | DB Mission Viejo | 2024 State CA picked up an offer from Boise State last week.
Anderson led the Southern Section in interceptions last season with 9 in 12 games.
He is up to eight offers now with Boise State joining Northern Arizona, Fresno State and Utah State.

Oaks Christian class of 2026 running back Deshonne Redeaux Deshonne Redeaux 5’11” | 175 lbs | RB Oaks Christian | 2026 State CA picked up a major offer from USC on Saturday.
Redeaux is already one of the fastest track athletes in Southern California as a freshman with a 10.42 in the 100 meters. As a freshman he ran for 500 yards on 64 carries with three touchdowns.
He has 19 offers now after earning offers from USC and BYU in the past few weeks.
