Lane Jeffcoat Lane Jeffcoat 6'9" | 310 lbs | OL Bentonville West | 2024 State AR -Offensive Line-Bentonville West-2024
At the SMU Camp, Lane Jeffcoat Lane Jeffcoat 6'9" | 310 lbs | OL Bentonville West | 2024 State AR did an excellent job of opening plenty of eyes. Jeffcoat was impressive in drills at the camp. He has had a strong offseason and it comes as no surprise to me that he performed well in front of numerous college coaches. Jeffcoat has good power and impressive speed. However, his work ethic and drive are going to be major attributes at the next level. The motor is always running for the talented Bentonville West offensive lineman.
Keland Mills Keland Mills 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB West Memphis | 2024 State AR -Quarterback-West Memphis-2024
7-on-7 tournaments are heating up across the state over the next few days. West Memphis kicked off the tournament circuit with an impressive tournament win in the Beast of the East tournament in Hoxie. Mills was sharp all of last season. He makes good decisions with the football and is accurate passer that can fit the ball into some tight windows. Mills has entered the summer practice sessions in what looks to be midseason form and he is a prospect to watch out for this season.
Brody Benton Brody Benton 6'3" | 300 lbs | OL Des Arc | 2025 State AR -Offensive Line-Beebe-2025
Ouachita Baptist University hosted the annual offensive line-defensive line camp this week. Beebe offensive lineman Brody Benton Brody Benton 6'3" | 300 lbs | OL Des Arc | 2025 State AR opened plenty of eyes in Arkadelphia over the past few days. Benton’s speed is impressive. He is able to get out to block on screen passes and on outside rushes as well. Over the next couple of seasons, Benton is going to be an offensive lineman to watch out for on Friday nights.
Bo Williams Bo Williams 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Shiloh Christian | 2024 State AR -Running Back-Shiloh Christian-2024
Bo Williams Bo Williams 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Shiloh Christian | 2024 State AR is a versatile running back that has tremendous speed. Earlier in the week, Williams had the opportunity to showcase his ability for the Kansas State Wildcats. He is a running back that will not go down on initial contact. Williams is a tough running back to wrap up and bring down. He has proven to be a reliable target in the passing game as well. The Shiloh Christian running back is a prospect to watch out for this upcoming season. He has the potential for a strong 2023 season.
Skylar Purifoy Skylar Purifoy 6'5" | 215 lbs | TE Hot Springs Lakeside | 2024 State AR -Tight End-Hot Springs Lakeside-2024
Skylar Purifoy Skylar Purifoy 6'5" | 215 lbs | TE Hot Springs Lakeside | 2024 State AR ‘s versatility is impressive. He is a tight end that can clear a path for his running backs. Meanwhile, he can run some smooth pass patterns and make big receptions in the passing game. Purifoy put in some work at Incarnate Word earlier in the week. In the process, he opened some eyes with his athletic ability. He is a talented receiver and can hurt you in both the run and the passing attack. Purifoy has had a strong couple of seasons for Hot Springs Lakeside and I would expect the same productivity this upcoming season.
