Continue ReadingKamga bursts onto the scene with his first offer from Long Island University yesterday. Other programs should be on their tail soon after taking a look at Bradley’s film. He has pretty good size at 6’4 265lbs, recorded a few pancakes in the run game and shows light feet in the pass game. He shows some versatility playing in the interior line, as well as some center. The C.H. Flowers program continues to produce college caliber prospects, expect Kamga’s recruiting tock to rise before the end of 2023.
Highlights
Williams is one of the top prospects in the state and has offers from notable power-5 programs such as, USC, Penn State, and Notre Dame. Out of his hefty list of offers the 4-star chose to stay close to home a be a part Hokie Nation. Virginia Tech is getting a very athletic and fast linebacker in Williams. I had the opportunity to see him in action in a game against Archbishop Spalding where he played all over the defense, DB and linebacker. He will be able to fit into any defensive scheme and make plays at multiple levels.
Highlights
Buchanan absolutely dominated the competition while playing at Watkins Mill. Last season he let up zero sacks, but the stat book doesn’t count the style points, he drove his opponents 10 yards off the ball in the run game and put his opponents in the dirt during pass protection. He has absolutely great size at 6’8 305lbs and will be continuing the rest of his high school career at Good Counsel, who is known in the state for producing big time prospects. He just landed his third power-5 offer from Wisconsin, expect that to be far from the last.
Altuner recently committed to the University of West Virginia over schools such as Michigan, Miami, and Notre Dame. The mountaineers are getting a guy who will fit that mountain man mold, bringing aggression, explosiveness and a mean streak to the offensive line. With the college decision behind him, this All-American may have an even better senior season, with some of the new help he has alongside him. We will keep an eye on him as the offers continue to roll in, he would be a big steal before signing day.
Moore has been under the radar but is picking up speed in recruiting. We watched him win a 18U Seniors allowed 7v7 tournament as a sophomore, then lead a championship caliber team as a junior. Moore’s rocket arm is no secret and local program Morgan State noticed, giving him his first D1 offer. He can put the ball anywhere on the field and has the elusiveness to extend and make positive plays with his feet. This will be a fun season to watch the Baltimore city power, Mervo Mustangs, they have a lot of returning pieces for Moore that he’s built a relationship with.
