As players continue to attend camps throughout the summer to improve their games and get on coaches radars. Here are just a few players who have caught my eye in showing improvement during the camp season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1108491' first='Alex' last='Hach'] - 2024 - DL - Tumwater HS

Alex is a player who has already made a name for himself, having a phenomenal junior season last year. He was a first team selection for his conference and was even co-defensive player of the year. He has great size standing at 6'4" 240 pounds. He is strong when breaking through the offensive line and has great speed when rushing the quarterback. He is a well rounded edge rusher and should have the attention of more college coaches.

Bryce Desousa - 2025 - WR/DB - Juanita HS

Bryce has a ton of potential on the football field and showcased that well last season during his sophomore year. He has great size for a receiver, standing at 6'4" and is likely not done growing. His footwork has shown a great amount of improvement as his route running has become more crisp. He has put on some more muscle as well, which will help him next season.

Naveer Singh-Kaile - 2024 - DL - Lake Stevens HS

Naveer is going to have a really, really good senior year. I can tell he has been putting in extra work to improve his craft and has done a great job. He has a variety of moves he uses coming off the edge but his best attribute is his strength as he can get by offensive lineman using his power moves. He can play inside or outside on the defensive line, adding versatility to the Lake Stevens defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='158404' first='Luvens' last='Valcin'] - 2024 - WR - Auburn HS

You might already know of Luvens name as he made his presence known on both the football field and the basketball court during his junior year. His senior year is going to be even bigger. Valcin is just an insane athlete. He has the build of a college football player, standing at 6'1" and weighing 220 pounds. His vertical is very impressive, there's not many players who can jump with him. After receiving offers from Washington State, Utah State, and Weber State, I expect him to keep gathering coaches interest.

[player_tooltip player_id='1108329' first='Carsten' last='Reynolds'] - 2024 - QB/DB - Sedro Woolley HS

Reynolds is a top quarterback within the Northwest Conference. He can make plays with his feet or with his arm and showcases a lot of big plays on the field. He has been improving his skills on the defensive side of the ball, despite already being one of the top DB's in the conference as well. He has great footwork and speed, being able to keep up with most receivers. Last season he had over 80 tackles on defense, over 700 rushing yards with 12 rushing touchdowns, and also threw for over 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns through the air. I wouldn't be surprised if he improved in each category.
